This building was build years ago by ChunHua's parents to take care of children without a home and after she took control, she turned it into a private escalator school*; she hired enough professional staff to take care of the children and gave them an option to choose what they would like to do in the future; though they didn't need any money, she still made them help in gardening and cleaning to earn money... Many may think it's child labour and that she should be kind enough to give them everything for free, but she was adamant. These children didn't have anyone to support and she was ignorant or arrogant enough to say that she will be able to help them till the very end and so, she needs them to learn about the society and how it might be harsh on them... In the end, there is nothing in this world for free and those who want to talk about altruistic shit can go and feed their ego for all she cares.
