The Princess's Death- An Unexpected Reward

h'Piece of shit,' the huge maid Doro thought about it in shock, that is totally unexpected.

She thought that the queen would give her bag of golden coins, that didn't happen.

Hazel, on the other hand, was more shocked and disappointed. She had her hopes high at first, came all the way to meet the queen and get the promised handsome reward.

However what happened in the end was something unexpected, making her more puzzled and feeling weird.

She couldn't help but recall what happened between her and Doro before meeting the queen. The words of them rang loudly in her ears, making Hazel feel more puzzled and quite enraged.

"But what if the queen kicked our ass out, or she put us in jail, or mocked us, how is she going to believe us?" the thin maid acted like in a play, like an actress in a silly way.

"She will, I am totally sure of that. the history of hate is so long between the queen and the princess, is the time that we can get benefit," the thin one repeated it again.

She tried to act this memory out in front of her friend, not to tease her but to vent some of her steam.

The huge one Doro didn't say a word she was laid her head on her chest like loser. She had her neck on her chest and looked down.

She kept walking in a very slow steps

"We have to find that doctor now," the thin one Hazel lead.

In a much resented act the huge one Doro moved without a word.

"hey! You stop," a female voice called them, forcing them to stop their moves.

They both looked back, and what they saw was a totally unexpected person.

"WHAT!!"

They were in shock! That was the first maid of the Queen.. Yzma

They stopped like they were frozen, doing nothing but held their breath and just stand like statues.

What could they do any way! She was a fierce hell of a maid. No one wanted to get in touch with such despicable person, and now she was coming directly after them.

"what happened?" the first maid asked.

Still they said no word, they could not understand at first what was going on here. The first maid herself kicked them out like a ***, Now she followed them like they were important!

The two gazed up at Yzma while she kept walking towards them in strong steps. Her face told them she wanted something from them, as if they weren't just got kicked out minutes ago by her.

"What happened? Don't make me asked twice!!" the first maid said.

"We were in the kitchen doing some late work. Jane, the princess maid, came to ask us to help her on carrying the princess!" Hazel was the first to speak while stealing glances towards her friend asking her to step in and support.

"The princess was unconscious in a horse-drawn carriage outside the palace," Doro said in a neutral tone while her eyes carried many questions towards Yzma.

"She wore simple clothes like villager girl," Hazel added as this was an important piece of information she thought she had to mention. After all since when the princess would wear such lowly and common folks clothes?

At that time the first maid looked at them with plank face without any emotion or expression. 

She used that face all the time, while she servant the queen all those years learned to keep her emotions hidden. Despite that her true feelings was now on a rollercoaster. 

For her this was such great news, ones she wouldn't stop at anything before taking full benefit out of it. 

She gazed up at the two maids while deciding these two couldn't be given any hope of the significance of such intel. She had to cover up everything, she had to fool them around.

And so she kept her face like a statue without any face reaction. She knew she had to find something to press on them with, something to make them fear telling or mentioning this story to anyone later on.

Without any hustle, she figured out that there was not work at that time in the kitchen and they probably were eating or stealing food.

And at this moment of realization, her eyes shone of cold light as she felt relieved to find her leverage at last.

"Hmm," the first maid said.

Just it!

Then she starting to leave

They looked to each other and didn't under stand

"Ma'am the bag of golden coins," the huge one said.

"What!" the first maid said.

"The reward, ma'am?" the huge maid said with low voice.

"For what? You want a reward for helping Jane to get the princess in danger? Or for stealing food at that time from the kitchen," the first maid said in very strong sound. 

She threw her chip directly in their faces, startling the two maids and making them look quite pitiful at the moment. And yet Yzma was laughing inwardly, as she said to herself: 'Bravo... Mission accomplished!'

"All you have to get both of you is a punishment," she added while crossing her arms in an aggressive way while her eyes even bulged slightly out of her faked threatening anger.

"So tell me is that what you want?" the first maid said.

"Of course no ma'am," the thin one said with tears while Doro couldn't believe her ears.

"Good, shut up and leave," the first maid ordered.

The first maid left so fast and the two maids finally got it, they were in trouble.

There was no reward and the first maid knew that they involved in that issue. Plus that last threat she gave them which made the two quite panicked and also... very angry!

"I bet you that bi*ch's gonna get the reward for herself alone," the huge maid said.

"Get over it! We must get the doctor now," the thin maid said

Then they moved very fast that is more important, save the princess.
