Bella shrieked when her skin started melting, and her original form came out.

Her body turned blue, with small black dots over her head, neck and chest. Her hideous look was out in the open. Her eyes turned black with blue orbs, looking dark and dangerous.

Her nails grew long and sharp that could cut iron like a piece of butter, her canines also grew long like a vampire.

Nowhere left the beautiful and innocent girl in sight.

"That's what you are, demon. This is your reality." said the mother elf folding her hands on the chest.

"Go and show this form to them, then let them decide if they still can accept you?" she continued taunting Bella with a smirk.

"Bella looked at her reflection in the glass wall created by mother elf. Her hideous look was out. She was looking too ugly in her own view much less about humans. She closed her eyes in utter pain.

Her determination crumbled with her facade, now she wasn't sure anymore of the love and concern they had shown her.

Maybe she belonged to hell only and it was only her wishful thinking that she could stay here. Her body started shivering in pain and anguish.

She didn't even realise when tears left her eyes and fell on the mother elf hand who was shocked to see the demon crying.

Demon cant cry, as they cant feel pain and sorrow. They are made by wrath and fire of hell. They don't feel human emotions. So crying wasn't possible for them.

She looked at the tear in her finger with utter shock, amazement and horror. Then she eyed the demon whose eyes were still closed. To her surprise, she could feel the pain of the demon. It was not a facade, as the glass walls she created were magical and demons' power didn't work under it.

But before she could further dwell on it, the bunch of three came back.

They were looking around for them, Anna was even taking their names.

Evelyn sighed, she should have sent the demon back. It was a good opportunity. She should have then hypnotised them and disappeared herself too.

But all her plans were disrupted because of the tears she had seen in the demon eyes.

She took her finger back from her head, and blinked her eyes. The glass walls covering them vanished too with that.

`Hey Bella what are you doing there?'' asked Anna, looking at the girl who was silently crying.

Bella opened her eyes listening to the familiar voice, she saw all of them looking at her. At last what she was afraid of happened. They all saw her hideous body. Now they would hate her and feel disgusted by looking at her.

She closed her eyes again, afraid to see the hatred developing on those kind eyes. But she felt a hand touching her shoulder. She opened her eyes again to find them looking at her.

But there was no hatred and disgust in their eyes, if any there was concern and worry.

"Bella are you okay?" Alex asked her, touching her shoulders.

She looked at his hands that were holding her shoulder and that's when she noticed her body was normal. Just like it was before they went away.

She looked at her hands with eyes and then her legs, stomach, everywhere she touched her body not sure if she was actually looking like that or it was a dream.

She was sure her skin was burnt and melted. That's right, her skin had fallen on the floor. She looked back at the floor but nothing was there.confused she took a few steps back and forth. But she found nothing there.

"Hey, have you lost something?" it was now Mikes turn to ask as she hasn't replied to the other two.

She finally looked at them and then at the m other elf who had a mischievous smirk on her face.

"Bella what happened to you?" she asked with a glint in her eyes.

"Nothing, I was just confused." she replied looking at all of them.

No one understood what she meant by she was confused but they still didn't ask further to worry her more. So they just nodded.

"Are you sure you are okay now?" Anna asked again, rubbing Bellas palm with her hands.

Bella smiled and nodded.

"You know you didn't blink and stare anymore like a creep." joked Mike trying to lighten the tense atmosphere.

But it only further tensed the mother elf and the demon. Demons blink to understand the language and emotion of the person. It also checks whether the person was telling the truth or not.

Bella felt alerted, afraid that her system was actually damaging. As she had been noticing changes from the past few days. If her system was damaged then the facade would also be gone. She saw the glimpse of her blue face which she had a few moments ago. And all her fears came back. She closed her eyes and clenched her fists.

On the other side Evelyn who knew the reason of demons blinking was also surprised at the statement. That's when she noticed the changes in Bella. She was turning more and more into a human. Yes, her body was just like before, a complete demon.

But her mind wasn't. She was developing emotions, her tears prove that. She was getting attached to these humans too. She could see that these humans' care was not one-sided.

The demon also cared and worried about them. But if it continued wouldn't the balance of earth be affected. Demons can't stay with humans.

No, she had to kill this demon tonight.
