Now Sam Has Gone

"Elsa... Mom and Dad have planned to send me to grandma's place. I know I because of what happened the other day, even if you were adopted, you shoustill be loved and cared for like us" Sam said as she sat down on my bed holding my hands and i gave her a quick smile
"I understand what you are trying to say so don't worry, I feel there's a reason behind all these, it's juat a matter of time" I assured her as I pulled her to a warm hug but she disengaged quickly
"Won't you be lonely? Or do you have friends now?" She asked and I gave her a playful frown
"Hmmmmmm... I don't have any for now but I won't be lonely since I'll start working at a cafe after school" I replied her and she smiled and hugged me
"But I'll miss you soooooo much, you know? Dad and mom said I will be staying at grandma's place until I finish high school... So please take care of your self until I'm back... Okay?" She cried and she hugged me tightly
"C'mon sweetheart... I'll be fine and thanks alot for everything you done for me... You weren't even my sister but you fought and stood up for me like you were one... I'm so grateful" I said as I fought back my tears and she smiled as tears rolled down her cheeks
Mrs Hion
"Honey Mr Ion called to inform me of the shareholders meeting that's going to take place tomorrow at the company and he said it was Mr Green that suggested the meeting in order to announce the new CEO of Kylee Reese Company. He also told me that Mr Green has refused to release G and P company to us and that he's just giving us Kyler C because of the situation ground" I said as I entered the sitting room and sat beside my husband who was busy watching a match
"Which game is Mr Green trying to play on us?... Gosh I'm definitely going to kill him, he's pissing me off... Okay let's attend the meeting first then we'll know what to do next... I just pray he doesn't regret his actions when I'm done with him" he replied as he stood up and was about heading to the stairs when he heard someone coming downstairs
"Elsa? Why are you home by this time? For how long have you been at home? I asked feeling uncomfortable. I just hope she didn't hear our discussion cause that will be a very big problem
"When did you begin to care if I'm at home or not?... Anyways I've been at home since noon" she replied as she passed my husband and walked towards the door
"And where do you think you're going to?" I asked and she paused and turned to face me
"When did you start caring???... Anyways I'm not going anywhere I just want to get some fresh air outside... This house is choking me" she replied and turned towards the door but she didn't move and my heartbeat increased
"Mrs Hion why don't you just kill .E instead of suffering me like this? When you know that you won't be able to take care of me, why did you adopt me?" She said and i was about talking when Lukas, from nowhere, walked to where she was and landed a slap on Elsa's neck and she flinched
"How dare you talk to my mom like that you hopeless orphan... Is it their fault that you loss your parents?... My parents even decided to adopt you so you should won't feel lonely and rejected but see how you want to repay them... They took care of you since you were 4 years up till now and you've never said a 'thank you' to them before.... You're such an ungrateful orphan that doesn't deserve human care or love" Lukas yelled at her before landing another slap on her neck and she bust into tears as she ran out of the house and Lukas followed her behind
"Hmmmm... I think she heard what we said... So it's better we lock her up for the meantime, I'll talk to Mr Waylon to replace her with someone else for the exam, until then, she will be locked in but not here so that Sam won't disturb us, I suggested before leaving the sitting room
