"She's my company's artist.. Don't even think of touching her..." Mu Feng heard a cold warning piercing through his ears towards his heart. The calmness on his face was gone and a glint flashed across his eyes.

He knew it better than anyone that Wu Jinyan was Shine Entertainment's artist, but what does that have anything with him seeing her?!

The serenity in his voice faded as he spoke "Hey, what do you take me for?!" A playboy?! He gulped the obvious.

Instead, he continued with confidence "Just believe me...I know how to wake her up" He just wanted to put his share of efforts in helping Wu Jinyan regain consciousness. But his good intentions were always mistaken.

Gu Zihao wasn't a stupid to get beaten by his brother after taking this idiot Mu Feng to the hospital.

He recalled how ruthless Gu Zichen acts when someone touched his belongings. Moreover, this woman was his brother's special toy.

"It's doesn't matter what I take you for and I don't care what tricks you want to play but you better stay away from her unless you want to end up next to our ancestors right away"

Mu Feng rolled his eyes.

Our ancestors!! Since when did he become a Gu family member. Itwas his paternal grandmother, she was the eldest of the seven siblings with Gu Cheng being the youngest and only male child.

"Should you be that extreme?! Wait...But why are you being too protective of a newbie? Don't tell me..." Mu Feng dragged each of his words annoying the other person.

"Tell you what?!" Gu Zihao yelled in annoyance. He could guess the kind of doubts running in Mu Feng's head. He was already half dead dealing with his unreasonable brother. Here's another person making him go crazy.

"Uncle, do you love Wu Jinyan?!!" Mu Feng blurted bringing a strong wave of anger and irritation to surface in Gu Zihao's eyes. The unruffled peaceful tone he maintained so far did not seem to continue for long.

"What nonsense?! She's already married" Gu Zihao roared without holding back his emotions almost breaking Mu Feng's eardrum. Even if the woman was unique and pretty to move his heart, she was already taken. 

She's already married!! Those few words were enough to turn Mu Feng into a lunatic. He tightened his grip on the mobile as several emotions surfaced his eyes causing him to laugh to relieve the uneasiness tugged at his heart walls.

A cold laughter ringed in Gu Zihao's ears making him even more annoyed. "Uncle..If you don't want to tell me that you love her, it's fine..I won't force you, but...don't tell lies that she got married just to hide your feelings" 

Just by imagining Wu Jinyan standing next to another man, Mu Feng felt as though his heart was smashed and his brain stopped its thought processing mechanism. How could he cope up with the news of her getting married? 

It's not like he's dying to chase after that heartless woman again who shamelessly lived in his house for three years, used his credit cards and drove his Bugatti around but ruthlessly rejected him despite what all he did for her and his sincere, heart touching words he said that could even move huge mountains and melt the coldest of the icebergs. 

However, he was still unable to accept that Wu Jinyan, his best mate, Charm got married without informing him.

Gu Zihao was no more in a mood to drag this issue and decided to tell Mu Feng the truth. "It's upto you if you don't believe, but she's really married to..." 

"Wait...I already told you to not lie. I don't believe that there's a man who's better than this Prince for her to get married." Mu Feng was still reluctant to believe. It was already hard enough for him to accept the reality that she's already married. He could not stay calm and sane after knowing the identity of the man who captured her tiny heart.

"You think there's a need for my brother to be compared with you?" Gu Zihao said with nonchalance. Someone wanting to be compared with Gu Zichen, be it looks or wealth, he could be well described with one word, fool.

Mu Feng felt his heart drop. What did he just heard?

Wu Jinyan married Gu Zichen!!!

His dark eyes became darker and he felt a mix of emotions. He chuckled as he realized with the pea sized brain Wu Jinyan had and the way it loses its working ability at times, and the looks Gu Zichen had and how he could make woman lose their sanity with his handsomeness, he knew there's a heavy chance for a disaster of this kind to happen.

What left him confused was why would that ice man, Gu Zichen marry a stupid woman like Wu Jinyan when his lover Li Xiaoyi was back in the city. He felt something fishy about this marriage.

Everything would be fine as long as there's no barrier that interrupts the harmony between the couple but a third person would become more than a simple barrier to ruin a peaceful relationship.

In reality, Li Xiaoyi the young miss of Li family among the people of the upper class wasn't a kind hearted woman to give up on something she wanted. She would never even let someone to look at her man, let alone get married. Mu Feng was afraid something would happen to Wu Jinyan at this rate on top of her being in coma.

One shouldn't underestimate a woman who was madly in love. They would anything to get the man who caught their heart.

"Then, what about Li Xiaoyi?! Does she know that the woman your brother got married to as Wu Jinyan?" 

"I don't know" Gu Zihao replied plainly. He's yet to sort out his thoughts and decide on how to deal with that woman.

The light in Mu Feng's eyes shifted and a shade of panic invaded his heart. "Then, does Wu Jinyan know that Li Xiaoyi is his lover?" 

"I don't know"

Mu Feng inhaled a deep breath to calm down from going mad. Don't know! Don't know! The what does he know then?

Mu Feng ended the call in annoyance and fell in a daze.

Any man would want to give the best in everything to the woman he cherished. But this stupid woman left from his side, abandoned the happy, luxurious life he provided her and fell into a maze full of perils, got surrounded with cold-hearted people.

"No, this can't be happening" He muttered with an unsettled heart. He couldn't let Wu Jinyan suffer more by getting entangled with this pair of lovers.
