" Ye...yes." She nodded her head hesitantly.

Alexander's lips curved into a smile when he saw Sam nodding. His heart melted into a puddle. 

He was so happy that Samantha was willing to watch him change from his vampire state to human. To the normal Alexander that everyone knew.

He closed his deep red eyes and exhaled deeply. The veins that popped began to disappear and his canines shorten.

Sam walked to him and wrapped her slender hands around his waist tightly when he changed.

" Thank you." She said for the hundredth time.

Her voice was slow and full of emotions. She closed her eyes and tears flowed down her cheeks.

" It's nothing, don't mention it." He said as he patted her back.

His voice was dangerously low and husky. He didn't want to see Samantha shade even a single tear. 

He wished he could kiss those tears away from her eyes.
