Max opened his eyes in shock while he stared at the sight before him. On the ground lay countless bodies, they were all white and dried up. It looked as though something or someone sucked out their blood, leaving them dried up and rotted. Close to the bodies were Harry, Matt, Nat and Zheren.

They seemed to be having a nice dream because they all had smiles plastered on their faces as they slept. Harry and Matt weren't in good shape like Nat and the rest, their skin was becoming pale already, and the same could be said about an unfamiliar boy that looked like the girl they had met before. Speaking of the girl. . . Max frowned after noticing something. "Where is she?" He asked himself after not being able to see the girl with them. She was supposed to be with Zheren but after looking around, she was nowhere to be seen.
