Albedo

I stepped into a guild expecting a loud drunk men who only do is scream, and my expectations were betrayed, I saw a huge hall with a lot of four seat tables and people around commission boards.

'This isn't that bad, I guess' I walked closer to the commission board and looked at the commissions, looking at them I sweated a bit, "Helping to find a lost grandma, spend a day with cat so it doesn't run away, and even to work as nanny?"

'What the hell is this? Isn't this just a things to earn for life some money as a jobless?' I sighed and looked around commissions as a last hope to find something normal, "Gathering type, deliver fresh naku weed for potions, commissioner - Albedo"

"As I see battle and some rescue type commissions require full party of four, while gathering and helping missions do not." I ripped off the commission from the board and read the description, "Leave the naku weeds at the Katheryne, I will pick them up. The more fresh Naku weeds, the better, as well in quantity, the more the better?"

I laughed a bit and went outside the guild, "He's pretty lucky for me to find his commission, I can get them anytime with my teleportation." I went behind guild and magic circle appeared teleporting me

Albedo was sitting in dragonspine while experementing with magic crystal reaction to potions with great affinity to that element, while saw barely that his guild card shone a bit

He read it and sighed, 'Commission got accepted? I hope it won't be as last time, a half rotten plants.'

He looked away and continued his experiment on crystals, while one exploded and his whole face became colored completely blue *Cough-cough*

...

After one hour I finally got back and walked to the guild hearing classic phrase, "Ad astra abyssosque! Welcome to the Adventurers' Guild. How can I help you?"

I put Albedo's commission paper on the Katherynes' counter and lifted the sack, "I will be leaving them here, around fifty Naku weeds, if he has any problems with them, then send him to the Inazuma so he can collect them himself."

Katheryne nodded took the huge sack easily and placed it besides her, "Thanks for your first commission, sir Helliot, to finish your commission you should receive feedback from commissioner, Albedo, as well receive your payment."

"Understood." I was almost ready to walk away, but the Katheryne said, "You can wait for Mr. Albedo."

sighing I thought, 'What can I do when such cutie says for me to do something.' I nodded and replied to myself, "I hope he won't be like Itto, always late..."

While Albedo continued his experiment he again received a message from guild card, "Again?" It glew not blue but golden this time meaning that he should verify that commission is completed properly, "Only in an hour?"

"..." He got up and took his sword and put it to his waist while walking outside of his 'secret' lab base and jumped down, his vision shined and summoned a stone flower on which he was calmly sliding down the mountain wall as if he had done that multiple times

Soon after, around twenty minutes later I saw a man with blonde hair partially tied up coming towards the adventurers guild, while standing near Katheryne and leaning with back towards the wall, she ignored me while man came even closer

Katheryne smiled and looked at him, "Ad astra abyssosque! Welcome to the Adventurers' Guild, Mr. Albedo. Your commission which you requested has been completed. Here are your fifty Naku weeds." She lifted the sack and gave it to Albedo

'Fifty?' Albedo didn't say anything and took the sack, opening it he saw a lot of Naku weeds, 'They look as if they're gathered just few hours ago, what in the world...'

"Katheryne, who completed this commission? I want to meet him." I smiled a bit but hid the smile second after and raised hand a little while Katheryne said and pointed at me with her hand, "It was sir Helliot."

Albedo looked at me and he came closer with the whole sack, "Nice to meet you Helliot, my name is Albedo, how in the seven archons did you get them so fresh?"

I lightly smiled and shrugged, "Who knows, maybe I went to Inazuma and back in one hour just to get them." Albedo was stunned and didn't knew what to say, seeing the freshness of naku weeds he could even believe that at some point, but knowing how far is Inazuma it is clearly impossible

"Pfft" Albedo laughed a bit and I couldn't keep my smile hidden either, "I will be in your care then, Albedo, if you need anything from gather then just contact me." I handed over my guild card, so did he, while our both cards were close to each other, and second after the friend symbol glowed blue for a moment.

I handed over hand for handshake, "Then I will be in your care too, Helliot, you're welcome to my lab in Dragonspine at all times." I sweated a bit, 'Lab in dragonspine, are you immune to cold?'

I laughed nervously, "I would prefer getting messages, I don't know Dragonspine well, I am sure I'd get lost several times there for sure." Albedo laughed a bit, "I'll get going then." he walked away with a good mood

Katheryne looked at him and said, "He's usually cold, but looks like he likes you, sir Helliot." I walked in opposite direction, towards the inn and thought, 'is that so...'

I smiled as I saw message I got from guild card, "Looks like I like him too, even if I am already rich."

My mom has her own publishing house which makes huge amounts of money and it is known all over the world so I am rich as hell, I arrived at entrance of the inn, I looked at the sign, "Goth grand hotel?"

I entered it and saw a receptionist in the middle, I came closer to her and said, "Good evening, I wish to rent a room for a long time, around few years I guess...?"

She looked at me while being stunned, not long after she came back to her senses and said, "Sure, it will cost you around two and half thousands per night." I placed small pile of mora on her desk and she in exchange gave keys, "Your room is on second floor with number 203, have a nice stay."

"Thanks." I walked up the stairs while entering room, seeing a decent room with a good design and space, "Not bad, not bad."

I dropped down on bed, "Why do I feel that I am runaway from home..."

Kaveh while sitting and drinking coffee sat down on sofa with some documents regarding to his architect assignment given in Akademiya looked at the clock and wondered, "He's not coming home? Alhaitham, I think you scared him too much."

Alhaitham didn't even look at Kaveh by a bit and continued reading his book, "That's for the better, less noise in the house."
