chapter 03

It has been 4 years since I transmigrated to this world and now I am 11 years old. I manage to get us a more comfortable life in the village for me and my sister by using the system . But there are still some people who are hostile towards us. That does not bother me in anyway.also,i notice that children always avoid us.

Strange,but i still don't care but the same can not be said for yuri.

To occupy her i decided to teach her mana control and i think she is talented with magic.she is better than me when it involves using mana and lately she pass most of her time practicing mana control around the forest.

Anyway,in this world the term hunter is use to identify people who kill beasts and carry out other quests issued by civilians and other figures. Hunters are just like adventurers but with more freedom. The difference is that adventurers receive quests through guilds and work under their rules while hunters are a bunch of people who do their jobs without any intervention. The association of hunters is something like a group of mercenaries who only care about the end results at the end. And I will like to become a hunter.

At the moment i am sitting at village's library with yuri infront of me.i decided to teach her how to read and write myself. The village don't have a school but someone still build a library here, since i already know the language use in this part of the world why waste it. Parents in the village sent their children to cities not far from the village to school and when i learn about this,i started saving money for yuri and myself to leave the village when the time comes and i think it is almost time.

Today I am wearing a black shirt and long black trousers and yuri is wearing a long white gown . During the last 4 years, she became more developed for her age. She got long blue hair tied in a ponytail, blue eyes,c cup breast,slim hips and a firm ass. Only by looking at her face and her height will people know she still just a child.

Me on the other hand i got short spiky blue hair,sharp blue eyes but instead of a triangle like face as yuri my face is more of a rectangle.

I am sitting here with yuri for at least 3 hours doing nothing while she is busy reading. I am not here because I am a caring big brother but i was drag here because boys of the village started eyeing yuri with lustful gazes and that's also why yuri is wearing a gown instead of T shirts.

During the last 4 years i train every day as hard as I can and i also learn some skills when I try some theories I came up with.

That's what my stats looks like now. I realize that the system will not just give me skills like that and decide to observe things around me with more interest and it surprisingly work. I learn mana control easily as well but spark was not that easy. The first time I manage to create it i got my hand paralyze for a whole day. As for my demonic eyes I am a bit scared to try it because of it description and i did not use it till now. I was still thinking before yuri decide to pull me out of my thoughts.

"Hmm, brother what are you thinking about?"yuri asked me with a frown.

I realize that she was done reading and she already gave back the book she was reading.

"I am thinking about my cute little sister."

"Liar"she muttered with a blush.

"Haha, shall we go?"i asked

But instead of answering she just stood up and started walking out without any word with a poute on her face and i was quick to follow her behind, I can't miss a chance to tease her. Now instead of a death like house we are renting in an inn. Once we arrive at there we ate dinner before walking to OUR room. She insisted that we should economize money and that I should forget about renting but i manage to convince her.

And i after i asked for two different rooms for the two of us i regretted not asking her about it because she cried saying that i am pushing her away. At the end we got a room with two different beds but what can i say?

The moment we entered i went directly for the bed and she did the same still ignoring me for teasing her. She is also training on her own so i decide to verify how strong she is.

I have been earning more since I became the fetcher. My job is simple but still dangerous,i receive demands for herbs from people and through the forest. Using observe it doesn't take time to find what I am looking for but it is not pleasant to be chase by beasts. I started with one old l lady and people started requesting my services after seeing the old woman doing better with her business. But now that yuri got some decent knowledge about magic we need to decide what will happen. I am at the right corner of the room while yuri is at the left with her back facing me.

"Yuri,can we talk?"i asked

"What is it again"she turned and face me with clear displeasure on her face.

"Sigh...what do you think about going to school?"i asked with a calm face waiting for her answer.

"What do you mean?"she looks at me confuse

"Would you like to come with me at school?"i shot at her

"You mean..."she asked with excitement and hope in her eyes and sit up immediately

"Yes,i saved enough money to pay for the two of us. So, what will be your decision?" I don't know why but she suddenly turns from excited to sad.

"Is something wrong?* I asked

"Brother why are you so nice?i mean you always take care of everything yourself and i am just a good for nothing sitting around. You don't even complain about it."

'Oh,so that's why she was being distant lately. She feels like a burden to me, there is no way I will have her work just because I am working after all she is just 11 years. '

I got up from my bed and walks towards her. She was sitting with her face looking down, when I reached her i slowly lift her chin up and our eyes met each other.

"You will never be a burden to me, never. And if you really want to help, just go to school and learn more about life,Ok?"i asked at the end

She answered with a nob and with that i turn around to walk back to my bed but I decided to mess with her a bit.

"Oh,and if you still want to pay me back you can marry me "

"..."

Her face became red as tomato and she was quick to use the blanket as cover.

"Hahaha, good night baby sister "
