Chapter 44: Weak.

Ah yes. The cold, freezing feeling you feel when it's morning and you're laying in your warm bed. As Reo woke up and looked around, he discovered Loni peacefully sleeping on his comfort chair. All curled up, Loni slept soundly without any distractions.

Reo smiled and blushed as he gently placed a blanket over her and got ready for work.

[A few hours later...]

Loni woke up and felt a sudden aching in her back. Has she really fallen asleep when she was taking care of Reo? Loni got that out of her mind and got ready.

For today's plan, Loni decided to go swimming! As to having an opulent mansion, of course Reo would have a pool. So, Loni headed downstairs and decided to have fun today.

"Ah, good afternoon Miss Loni." One of the polite maids greeted.

"Afternoon?" Loni looked at the time. It was already 3 p.m.

"I'm guessing you stayed up all night taking care of him?" The maid handed her a plate of food.

"Why yes, it was tiring but I'm guessing he feels fine today." Loni ate a small portion of food.

As Loni finished her plate of food, she suddenly stumbled upon the sink. "Miss Loni, are you okay?!" The maid quickly hurried over and helped Loni up.

"I'm okay! I'm just going to look for my bathing suit." Loni ran upstairs and changed.

By the time Loni finished swimming, she decided to take a break and just relax in the lounge chair.

"My, my, my. Who is this angel?" Reo approached Loni.

"R-Reo? When did you get home?!" Loni hesitantly asked.

"Just now." Reo loosened his tie and got closer.

"I-I'm just going to head inside now." Loni got up and fetched a towel.

"Where are you going?!" Reo suddenly grabbed Loni's wrist and pulled her back. "Wait, why is your wrist so skinny and fragile. I could of easily crushed it." Reo examined.

"I-I don't know." Loni resisted as she held her wrist.

"You haven't been eating, have you?" Reo questioned as the aura somehow got serious.
