Ch.10 Absorbing the lightning Tribulation, Lan Xiao vs You Ge!

After You Ge finish her Tribulation.

An Bei'er and Jin Yi congratulate their sister who've passed the tribulation.

You Ge smile and thank the two for their word

Soon Lan Meigui too arrive, and give her a praise

His mother nodded and says

She turn her head toward You Ge who now have changed her cloth to a more proper and clean robe.

When she heard him wanting to have a small spar with her immediately agree

"Of course you can, come get to the training yard"

Soon all four of them went to the training yard.

In the Training yard we can see both You Ge and Lan Xiao facing each other.

You Ge is in a more relaxed state, still smiling, she have one of her arm holding her sword, and the other at her hips. She have lowered her cultivation base to the level of Profound Immortal, it would be beyond unfair if she fought him at her top power.

Lan Xiao on the other hand is much more focused and serious.

Before attacking he review what he remember about You Ge combat capabilities, She mainly use her sword for both attacking and defending, and rarely does anything else, he does however know that she is also extremely skilled in using the element of Fire, though she never really show him much of it.

moving at speed even more faster than previous he is capable of he went immediately to You Ge back to stab her with his lightning covered spear, but You Ge is even faster

Turning herself to the side, she avoided Lan Xiao stabbing attack, and Lan Xiao immediately sweep to the side, intending to hit her using sweeping attack.

You Ge respond by blocking it with her sword.

Lan Xiao knowing he would lose again You Ge strength immediately jump back couple of meter.

He raise his hand and summon numerous lightning bold that's has property of Lightning Tribulation to strike at You Ge

You Ge seeing this narrow her eyes a small bit and and raised her her empty hand and produce a barrier.

Each lightning bolt strike upon her barrier, and although each strike are incredible powerful, she can still block it without too much effort.

Lan Xiao already know that his lightning bolt would do nothing but distract her for seconds, doesn't waste his time and once again prepare another attack

This time he kept his distance, he kept appearing and disappearing in multiple places around You Ge, only staying fraction of a second to summon multiple lightning spears.

It looks life as if lightning just appear out of nowhere around You Ge and attack her, and this actually quite an effective attack since she need to keep blocking in multiple places within a single second.

After all within just a single second, more than 50 spear would appear all around her not within a single point, thus making her need to move constantly to block or avoid the lightning.

Suddenly the circle is filled with lightning, and said lightning immediately turn into lightning bolt and attack You Ge, however unlike his previous attack, this time the amount of lightning the formation produce more than as thousands each second.

After activating the formation he doesn't stop attacking, he immediately gather large amount energy to his spear

The spear is covered in extremely large amount of lightning tribulation

And without hesitation he throws his spear at breath taking speed toward You Ge

*BOOM*

He suddenly hears a familiar voice appear behind him, his eyes open and within less than a second form a lightning spear at his arm to block the income sword.

And just as his lightning spear about to touch You Ge sword, she suddenly disappear, and faster than he can react to a cold and sharp feeling appear in his neck.

You Ge have put her sword at his neck, and he knew he already lose, after all for someone of her caliber she could remove his head without him even noticing.

He turn around and look at You Ge who already remove her sword from his neck, and widen his eyes

To his suprise the lighting formation actually manage to hit her quite a lot

He could see multiple places where her previously spotless cloth now having tears on it, showing her snow white skin, unfortunately no or fortunately no blood spill from her body.

Seeing this he smile, although he have loses the battle, for him it's a win

After all to manage even do some small arm toward a Venerable Celestial albeit limiting her power to that of Profound Immortal is an achievement for someone like him who is a newly promoted Soul strengthening cultivator.

This also greatly increase his confident level for the upcoming Infinity Dragon sect younger generation gathering half a year from today
