Well this is in my opinion based on reading a few chapters. Tbh I'm not impressed with this book tho it's a first that they used a foreign country and foreign names but cmon., Your mom left you without a word and you've lived a wretched life after then you would just accept her and your independent and good now and you just accept everything? I just don't get it smh., maybe I'm used to independent FL's oh well
After looking at the high rated reviews, Iβm wondering if Iβm reading the same novel. The storytelling skills was rough and it was like bullet point statements in a presentation. The characters were flat and boring and I guess the FL is reuniting with her mom because she is an undercover agent? Interesting concept but too bad it is not written engagingly.
This book had the potential to be great, epic even - but after a ton of build up and youβre expecting some thing awesome it just ends. It leaves you hanging with a horrible unfinished ending. Itβs like the author got lazy and just didnβt want to finish it. π₯Ίππ«π tragic really !! Now I canβt trust the authors other works
is this I've Chinese original or author original? because the writing seems different than any other translation novel I've read. I only read until chapters 3-4 but stopped, because her mom leave her for 10+ years, and baam! she comes back with a new rich husband and domineering brothers for her. FL doesn't question her mom where she had been all these years or even feels hatred or mad at the mom she accepted her like it is. but I feel weird reading that..
