I wonder where WN spends their money 🙄😑 obviously not on novel covers else they wouldn‘t reuse one cover over and over again 🤦♀️ BTW I‘m searching for the raws but it‘s so difficult to find then now nowadays 🤦♀️🤦♀️ If anyone finds it by chance let me know here 🙏

Raws mean the original version that is not translated. Some of us are crazy enough to use google translate on the original text or just wait for someone to machine translate it on another site (slightly better option).

Agree... They also reduce way too much chapters for trial. From 60 to 40 to 20. The thing about the original title is that it provides information when the novel doesn't get pick up. As a long time reader here in Webnovel, they forced some so much new regulation that some of them are really ridiculous. They kinda pursue more profit nowadays.

Not to mention how all new novels have ultra short chapters and, I suppose they even shorten the longer ones and paste (1), (2) ... onto the titles.. I mean if they don't want readers to use 1 fp for long chapters and are shortening them because of that, at least they can translate more chapters daily... I keep dropping novels because it's too irritating to wait 12hours just to get a 10seconds read that moves the plot not at all >[

Yeah, also now Webnovel erase your comment with "bad words" eventhough they don't mean to be offensive 🙄 Like, that's too much and unfair because author can use those words but we can't.

This is what I did at the beginning but I noticed that WN doesnt even use the original cover They "design" their own covers and use the same cover over and over again 🤦♀️ Now I judge novels by their description and spoilers (if they have any) I dont want to waste my time reading a novel with a content not to my taste 🤷♀️ Spoilers from other readers help me plenty but now that it‘s difficult to find the raws 🤦♀️ I can only shake my head and go on *sigh*

I've seen this too. If I'm not mistaken they changed it when the novel got into trial period from the pilot. I don't know whether they changed it again after put on voting period.

The reason why many readers search for raws is that they are too impatient to wait for the tl like me There were often cases where the tl is really really really slow and there cases where they stopped the tl so many try to mtl it to know the ending Furthermore, looking up for raws doesnt mean that we wont read the eng tl bc mtl cant replace it since the grammar, logic etc are sometimes too confusing 🤦♀️ Imo reading the raws kinda let me know what may happen through a novel so when the tls catch up to what I mtled Im kinda more relieved I dont mind spoilers at all and they wont make me not read a novel except they are not what I expected There was once a modern novel I read where I was so into it that I looked up the raws to know what will kinda happen later on, just to find out that there were fantasy(?) aspects in there too which was not mentioned on the tags at all There are often cases where the descriptions does not match with the story at all When readers pick a novel which they find imteresting through the description only to get "scammed" in a way bc what they expected from the description did not happen at all Kinda got distracted here but yes this is just my opinion 🤷♀️
Jasmine0667:Why not support the legal version? If you like the author's story, but don't want the author to receive a reward, is that really ok? We should support the legal version, pick our favorite books to read, waiting for translation, rather than looking for raws.
