Chapter 34 Every Move

Point of View: Annie

I am stunned to see that painting at this villa. This is the painting I can never forget. My mother liked to draw but my father doesn’t. they made this painting together after my mother insist on him so much. He could never say no to my mother. So, they made this painting.

I clearly remember this painting, because they painted it in our special space. Then I looked at the sign at the bottom of the painting. Each word is written with perfect strokes. Jennie and Asher. Although the father can not draw. He had impeccable handwriting.

Then I again looked at the drawing. Which is drawn by my mother but color filled in it by my father. Therefore, the strokes of the brush were not good. Even some of the out of the boundaries.

But still, mother saved it as a treasure and always called it as a masterpiece. My nose turns sour remembering them and my eyes turn watery. Then I suddenly remember something and adjust my emotions.
