It is a lot to take in. I could not sleep well because of my father’s mysterious behavior after our conversation. He even left after some time for the countryside Villa. When I asked the reason for leaving so soon. he told me that he need to make some arrangements.
‘what for!!!’
I wake up late. By the time I reach the office it is already 10 o’clock. When I was about to walk past Annie’s office, I stop and look inside through the glass door. she is already looking at me.
I can’t believe that innocent-looking Annie, can be the Black Shadow who fights fiercely. No one should judge a book by its cover. She stands from her chair but I don’t want to know her that we suspect her. Hence, I leave for my office.
Once, I am in my office. I take a deep breath and pace around for a moment. Then I sit on my chair and call her into my office.
After a while, she knocks on my office door.
I straighten in my chair and say, “Come in”.
