89 Meeting the in-laws
Hito was already far away from Ryōzanpaku after the declaration. He took out his phone from his inventory and looked at the time.

It was already late, but it didn't stop him from going to Sakura's house! After all a promise was a promise!

Hito rab at a speed which his body currently could keep up to, since he couldn't run with his full speed. And it was because he was still injured from the fight…
Wait a moment! he felt like an idiot for not buying a healing item from his Shop! He stopped for a moment to buy a healing item.
So, he bought 10x [ Absolute Elixir ] that would immediately heal his injury as long as he was not dead, it was also possible to recover lost limbs through this elixir.

Sakura was helplessly waiting for Hito to arrive. She was sitting at the sofa while watching TV along with her parents.
Mr Yamauchi was looking at their house door, and spoke. "Dear, is that boyfriend of yours coming? I don't think he will come!'
Sakura shook her head, she believed Hito would come!
Mrs Yamauchi, spoke. "Let's just wait. Hopefully Son-In-Law will arrive soon!"
"What?! I'm against this! Not until I personally see this so-called boyfriend of Sakura! As a father I'll personally test him if he is worthy of my daughter or not!" Mr Yamauchi expressed his dissatisfaction.
Sakura was too lazy to argue with her parents. Whether they would get married or not was their decision, not her parents.
A full minute later, as her father was about to rant again, the intercom of their door rang.
As soon as Sakura and her mother heard it, both of them immediately stood up from the sofa, leaving the father there.
Sakura, along with her mother excitedly went toward the door and answered the intercom.
"Hito! Is that you?!" Sakura couldn't contain her excitement.
After a moment of silence, the person from outside replied on the intercom.
"Sorry, who is Hito? Ma'am I'm only here to deliver your pizza order!"
Hearing that it was a different voice, Sakura was immediately disappointed but then Mr Yamauchi spoke.
"Huh? I don't think we ordered any pizza?"
Then both Sakura and her mother looked at each other.
Sakura answered. "Umm… I think you made a mistake? We didn't order a pizza!"
"Well of course you didn't! Alright, I'll stop fooling around. It's me Hito."
Hearing a familiar voice that she would 100% recognize as belonging to her beloved, she didn't even wait for her mother to move and immediately opened their house door.
She immediately dashed towards the house gate, and saw a face that she had been dreaming and missing dearly for the past few days!
After opening the gate, she,without wasting a single second on any unnecessary action, hugged the person so tightly as if she wanted to blend with him and become one.
"Hito! I missed you so much, so very much!" Sakura buried her face into Hito's chest and inhaled his manly scent! Oh, how she missed this scent which gave her warmth and security, but most of all the feeling of love.
Hito looked down at Sakura, while hugging her back just as tightly as she did. She gently caressed her hair and spoke. "I missed you too. Sakura."
Mrs Yamauchi saw her daughter hugging a person she didn't recognize, but she was sure that person was her daughter's boyfriend and her future son in law!
She smiled at this scene, she was happy that her daughter found her own happiness. In her life she never saw her daughter being this much happy.
"Alright you two! First get inside the house."

Inside the house;
All of them were currently sitting in their respective chairs, Sakura and Hito were on the opposite side of Sakura's parents.
Mrs Yamauchi finally got a closer look at her future son in law, and she couldn't help but nod her head in satisfaction.
Her daughter really knew how to pick a partner!
Mr Yamauchi was also staring at Hito. On the basis of appearance and physique he couldn't be compared to Hito!
Hito was superior than him in every possible way. Sakura decided to speak, while holding hands with Hito under the table.
"Mom, dad this is my boyfriend Tadano Hitohito!"
Hito spoke after Sakura introduced him to her parents.
"Nice to meet you Ma'am and Sir. As Sakura has said, I'm the boyfriend of your daughter."
Though Mr Yamauchi sneered, Mrs Yamauchi happily smiled and spoke.
"Don't call me ma'am, call me mother since you're going to be my future son in law!"
Hito's flirting skill activated at this moment, and he spoke with a straight face. "Alright mother and father, don't worry I'll take care of Sakura and always love her!"
Hearing that, Sakura' face went red. Though she was extremely embarrassed, she didn't dislike this at all!
While hearing this Mrs Yamauchi sweetly smiled and spoke. "What a sweet child! Don't worry mother-in-law approves!"
Mr Yamauchi exploded. "Brat! Who are you calling father?! Y-"
Mrs Yamauchi glared at her husband and smiled creepily. "Dear~ don't tell me, you're against your daughter's happiness?"
Mr Yamauchi could only answer. "It's not like I'm against it. It's just that, I'm afraid of my daughter getting hurt."
Hearing that Mrs Yamauchi was silent, that was also true for her. She wanted her daughter to be happy, however she didn't want her to get hurt!
Sakura didn't refute her father and she even tightened her grip on Hito's hand.
Hito sighed and spoke. "Don't worry. I won't let anyone hurt her, as long as I'm alive."
Mr Yamauchi looked at him with seriousness. "Young man, those are some bold words! I won't believe you until you can prove yourself!"
"Then how can I prove myself, father?"
Mr Yamauchi grinned and spoke. "Follow me."
Hito stood up from the chair and Sakura was about to follow, but her father stopped her and said that only men were allowed!
Hito originally thought that he would test him physically, however it was soon proved that he was thinking too much!
Sakura's father said that to prove himself, he would have to stay sober longer than him! Basically, Mr Yamauchi wanted to have a drinking match to prove himself!
However he refused at first, because he was still a minor. But then he called him a coward. Hito could only sigh and accept this just to prove himself.
So they started their drinking contest. From the moment Sakura's father issued this challenge he was bound to lose!

After an hour of drinking contest, Hito learned a new skill called Liquor Resistance and he immediately upgraded it to Monster.
Why? Because there was no way he wanted to get drunk!
Sakura's father was already sleeping at the opposite side of him. He actually dared to challenge him into a liquor challenge when he collapsed at the first 2 glasses!
How weak! But then he realized that the liquor percentage was over 80%! Seeing that he shook his head.
"It seems that I won."
