Chapter 47: Divorce Her

Not only was Carlotta looking down on Layla, but she was also jeering Taylor for his lameness.

Despite her obvious mockery, Layla noticed that the man stayed calm and collected.

Elegantly slicing a piece of steak, he put it into his mouth and chewed leisurely. Only after that did he look up at Carlotta and reply, "She is my wife, and that is none of your concern. At the mention of this, Jerome's eyes were full of guilt.
