Chapter 13 I chased her out

Mellisa blushed upon hearing Max's indirect compliment. No one had ever told her she was beautiful before, so it felt strange to hear it. "T...Thank you, sir," she stammered. "Can I use the bathroom?"

"Of course," Max replied.

Mellisa attempted to rise off the bed, but the sharp pain between her legs made her fall back. "Arhh, I'm in pain," she cried out.

Linda quickly ran to her side and helped her to sit up. "What happened to you, Mellisa?" she asked. "Should I go call the doctor?"

Maxwell, who had realised what was happening, interjected. "What's the need to call the doctor? He clearly said that she must get rest. You should not move until the cold is out of your body permanently."

" Yeah daddy, is absolutely right about that, " Linda said, remembering that the doctor instructed that Mellisa should rest... " Lie down and don't move okay? "

Without a warning Mellisa burst into tears overwhelmed by a lot of emotions, no one has ever taken care of her like that, her aunt used to always make her work whenever she was sick. On the other side, her so-called husband did not care a bit about her.

Mellisa was busy crying when Zick and Mia entered the room, even though his grandmother forbade him from seeing her, however, he brought her home with him even after she was chased out of the house she shamelessly came.

" Hey!! You old hag, what are you doing on my bed?? " Max questioned with a frown on his face when he saw Mellisa on the bed." Leave my room now. I want to spend some quality time with my girlfriend here. " he then pulled Mia close to him.

" I…I'm in so much pain., ..P-Please….do it in another room!!" Melissa stammered feeling a sharp pain in her stomach.

" You can't tell me not to use my own room at my own house!!! " Zick said under his gritted teeth, his pulse speeding in such a way that his heart was pounding in anger."If you don't want to leave then you are welcome to be our guests. "

Zick pulled Mia to the bed, and carefully laid her next to Mellisa who was busy crying in pain.

Mia could feel her heart rating beginning to pick up as Zick ran his fingers gently over her body, his touch made her skin tingle with anticipation. She could not help but moan forgetting about Mellisa who was crying in pain.

Zick's lips followed his fingertips, delicately tracing a path along her neck and shoulders. His breath was hot against her skin, making her shiver with delight. Knowing that it was time for grandma to come home, both Mia and Zick put back on their clothes and left Mellisa in the room.

Remembering that day Mellisa cried even more, only God knows how much pain was in her heart.

Both Maxwell and Linda were dumbfounded, seeing Mellisa breaking down in such a pitiful way, just how much she had suffered only God. Linda wanted to console her and make her feel better, but she didn't know what to do, Maxwell could not move his body or do anything he could only watch her cry. All Linda could do was be there for her and try to comfort her in any way she could. She hugged her, offered her words of comfort, and stayed by her side until she had calmed down. After a while, Mellisa passed out after crying so much.

It was already evening when Riya and Mike came home, and dinner was already ready so the whole family sat down in the dining room for dinner.
