After reaching a rather satisfying agreement among the three of them, Izuku decided to dispel the Illusion spell around his location. He had cast it just before giving his heartwarming speech. Although he didn't really care whether people knew about his relationship with Momo and Mina, he knew that it would become common knowledge around the school, and he wanted to avoid unnecessary gossip about his relationships.

Two weeks had passed since the agreement, and Izuku had been spending time with both girls both together and separately. Sometimes they went on dates as a trio, and other times individually. However, with the UA Sports Festival approaching, both Mina and Momo started to train heavily to impress during the festival and secure a good internship opportunity.
While Izuku used his newfound free time to work with Medea on his Mystic code plan, he faced challenges with the enchantment process. Obtaining the materials was easy, but the hard part was enchanting them. Although Izuku could enchant items using Medea, those enchantments had a time limit, and Enchantments weren't suited for Izuku, making it difficult for him to learn the process.
"Yosh! Here we go, this should do," said Izuku as he looked at the Prototype Mystic code he had just made.
(Hmm, it has some faults, but it will do for now.)
"Yep, and I might have a candidate to try it on!"

The UA Sports Festival was the most famous sporting event in the world. In a world with different quirks and abilities, the best entertainment was undoubtedly witnessing the usage of those quirks in various situations, especially in a competition between aspiring heroes!
So it was not surprising to see thousands of people flock to the stadium to watch, and the viewership reached a record high of 780 million viewers worldwide.
Many heroes had come to watch the students and choose their interns, while Izuku's mom stayed home and watched her TV. This was probably her only chance to see her son's quirk in action since he didn't talk about it much. She had heard that he was the number one student in the Entrance exam but couldn't tell how he achieved it.
In a dark room, Tomura also watched the TV, as did his master All for One.

Walking into Class 1-A's Waiting Room, Izuku found his guinea pig, Denki Kaminari.
(Considering his quirk, he's the best candidate for this test. He has little to no control over it, and excessive usage leaves him vulnerable.)
"Hey Denki, can I talk to you for a second? Come with me."
Surprised by Izuku's call, Denki had a friendly relationship with him, but Izuku wasn't known for chatting with others. Still, he responded, "Yeah! Sure."
Leading Denki to the Changing Room, Izuku said, "So, what is it, Izuku?"
"I have something for you. I couldn't help but notice that your quirk is amazing, but you struggle to control it, and it affects your brain as well. So, I designed this for you."
Seeing what Izuku brought out, Denki was delighted to find a full black body-tight suit with yellow lightning patterns, making it look cool.
"Here, wear this under your hero costume. It will help you control your electricity output and prevent you from short-circuiting."
"Really? Thanks, dude! Wait, why are you doing this for me? I know I'm handsome and an amazing friend, but I can't imagine you making something like this for your rival in the UA Sports Festival."
Tilting his head, Izuku replied, "You think you're my rival? Anyway, this isn't only for you; I'm making one for everyone in the class. Yours just happened to be the first one I made. (Oh, and I want to test it on you like a guinea pig, but I can't tell you that.) Now hurry up and wear it; let's see it in action."
Eager to become stronger, Denki ran to put on the suit, then stood beside Izuku and tried to use his lightning. He aimed at the mirror in front of them and shot.
Instead of the usual uncontrollable lightning, the shot came out from his hand perfectly, and he could control its output.
"This is... THIS IS AMAZING! I can't release as much power as I used to, but I can control it. This will help me a lot. Thanks, Izuku!"
Smiling, Izuku said, "Great, it's good to see it works fine. Now, make sure not to use too much lightning, or it won't work. Keep your output at a moderate level."
"Understood!" said Denki, filled with excitement.
Ignoring the excited Denki, Izuku went back to the rest room and witnessed a humorous sight.
"I will defeat you and prove to Izuku that I'm the one worthy to be his rival," said Shoto, looking at Katsuki Bakugo.
"You wish, you half/half bastard! I'm the only one to compete with Izuku, and after I win today, I will prove this to all of you!"
Izuku smiled and clapped, "That's the spirit! Good luck to you all, everyone!" Then he ignored the two who were butting heads and joined Momo and Mina to pass the time before the event's start!

On the Commentator Stand, Voice Hero enthusiastically announced the commencement of the UA Sports Festival. Excitement filled the air as students from every department made their way to the stadium, all standing in anticipation as they awaited Midnight's speech.
"As the Referee for your challenges," Voice Hero declared, "it's tradition for the student who secured the number one placement in the UA Entrance Exam to deliver an inspiring speech to kick off the competition. Please welcome 'Izuku Midoriya' to the stage!"
In a composed manner, Izuku approached the stage, taking a moment to gaze at his fellow students before speaking.
"*Ahem* Well, I must say, this event holds great significance for a reason. I encourage each one of you to showcase to the world why it's the greatest sporting event. Let your talents shine!" The students erupted into excited cheers, but Izuku playfully interrupted, saying, "Oh, and may the best of luck go to whoever aims for the second spot!"
As if ignited by his words, flames burst from his body, revealing his hero costume in all its glory.
"Because the number one spot," he proudly declared, "belongs to ME!"
