Unlike leaves that fall slowly towards the ground, sunlight passes through the transparent curtain and onto the bed so quickly.
Feeling uncomfortable, Ted's hand rubs his eyes slowly.
*Yawnnn*
"What time is it...." Ted mutters as his head turns around looking for something. He took the phone that's lying on the bedside table and presses the power button.
6:02 AM.
Oh, woke up as usual, huh...
Ted puts his phone aside and went over to the table and sit on his limited edition gaming chair then turned on the laptop.
'Hmm... how many views did I get.' he thought eagerly not willing to wait a second longer.
Opening the app, the logo of WeTube Studio appeared on the screen before it disappears yet again only for a window to pop up this time.
' Let's see...'
Scrolling through unimportant details, Ted's eyes were looking all over the screen.
"Ah finally! " he muttered.
[How To Make A Flying Machine!] This is what Ted was looking for. The video he uploaded last night.
Although he's almost certain no one watched it. There's an expectation dwelling inside his heart that maybe.... just maybe somebody accidentally clicked it and found the video!
'W-who knows... the website has over two hundred million people watching everyday, ya know!'
Ted tried to convince himself and finally... he has the courage to click.

Seeing that there was no changes, Ted's face went dark. There's only one view and it's him who watched the video to see if everything went accordingly.
This is not the bad part. What he's mad about is how low the impression this video has.
Impressions are basically the key factor of how much views a video will get. If nobody's seeing Ted's videos, ofcause he's not getting views.
No impressions mean no views and no views mean no impressions. Basically, one need to advertise in other platforms to trigger a domino effect.
'But I did exactly that... seriously this is so weird...'
Ted took out his phone and searched for the posts he uploaded on the community group chats.
"WHAT?! Removed?! All of them?!"

'Seriously...how did I forget to check... It's not like this is the first time.'
Yes. This is not the first time Ted's posts were deleted. Most community group chats don't allow self promotion since that time.
An idiot decided to start spam advertising his Buzzbee account in every literal group chats that he joined.
Why? No clue. Although Buzzbee is just another social media app, why are they so crazy about numbers..
'Wait, I'm one of them' realised, Ted looks down at the floor in shame.
It's not like he wants to self promote... There's no other way that others will discover his content.
'WeTube revealed that 300 hours of video is uploaded every minute and 5 billion videos are watched every single day yet here I am...'
Life's not unbearing for him. He thanks god for giving him loving parents and two annoying sisters but what about his future?
Someone like him who hates studying, office jobs and uhh...many normal things..
Can he even survive on his own?
Is he supposed to rely on his dear old dad for the rest of his life?
Is he supposed to get a regular job?
No!
'I can't give up. Teddy Wong Junior, You can't give up...' Ted mutters.
"MOM, TED IS SAYING WEIRDLY AGAIN!"
Shocked, he looks back to only to find his devil of an older sister Honey looking at him.
Her face says just how much she's tired of living with him.
"Ted, go to shower! Uncle Young is waiting for you downstairs!"
Hearing his mom who's shouting from the kitchen, Ted closed his laptop and grabbed the towels.
He gave his sister a deadly gaze right before he leave and she sent her own as defiance.
...
"Hey dad."
Walking inside the room, Ted greeted his dad who's looking at his phone.
"Sup, pup? "
Hearing his dad call him puppy, Ted growls silently in displeasure and paced himself towards the bathroom even quicker.
'I wouldn't have come here if not for the bath.'
It's not that there's only one bathroom in the entire room. It's just a habit of his family.
His mother used to shower him in this bathroom when he was young and now he doesn't really feel comfortable doing it in the other room.
Not just that, it's stated that his two sisters are going to use that bathroom exclusively so he just let it be. Things have been like this since the start and it always will be.
Shaking his head from all that distracting thoughts , he let the water sink in through his hairs till down towards the knees.
5 minutes passed and the door opened. Ted came out of the bathroom with two towers wrapping him.
His dad turns around to look at him and his eyes go wide. It soon went back to normal but the smirk on his face indicates that Daddy Wong clearly is amused by the appearance of his son.
"Pup, is this your new outfit for school?"
"OFCAUSE NOT! Are you crazy?!"
Seeing Ted's face turned red from anger, he continues to tease his son.
" I don't know, pup. You might start attracting coyotes instead of cougars..."
"Are you proud of saying that to your son?"
Ted looks at his dad deadpanned.
"Generally yes. Literally no. I mean it's your life, pup... If you prefer coyotes then you do you."
*Stomps* *Stomps* *stomps*
Seeing his son leaving the room while stomping, Teddy Wong Sr. smiles warmly.
"Are you not taking lunch money today?"
Ted's footsteps stop. He turned around and look at his dad with a 'bright' smile.
"OFcause daddy dearest! I need money to eat!"
"Uhh okay.. so... How much do you need?"
" 100 HK dollars." Ted replies confused.
"Wait, including the fee for that strip tease you did earlier?"
"WLFJFLDJFLDSJFLKDNFLKSDND"
Ted took the 100 dollars from his father's hand and left the room as quick as possible.
' I might get brain tumor if I talk with him too much...'
