at the hotel
Alina sat in the car and told driver to drive to the hotel.
Austin will be brought in other car.
while sitting in the car she was looking at the moon. this was the moon she used to look at and sometimes talk about when they used to talk back then.
she was contemplating about what would have happened for Austin to live in a dumpster when in reality he belonged to a prominent family.
she felt really felt very broken seeing his broken state.
he was very cheerful person where ever they talked. while they both had problems in their lives, enough that they would prefer confiding it with strangers rather the ones they were physically close.
when she began her company, huge investment was required but no one believed in her vision and some even laughed at it. Austin was the one who helped her with his own personal savings.
Austin created a big set up where he successfully helped her anonymous but later she found out . she was really touched with his sincerity.
her mind was in deep thoughts when she heard a sound.
"ma'am we have reached" the driver said while stopping the care in fornt of hotel lobby.
she got out of the car and went to her penthouse which was on topmost floor of the hotel.
she sat on sofa while there was a man sitting in front of her. he was forced to sit by two bulky men behind him having their hand pressed on his shoulder.
the pressure by those hands made him unable to move. that man was Austin
"what are you doing?" he said with a calm yet shallow voice.
"what do you mean? how could I let you live in that shabby place " exclaimed Alina
Austin clenched his hands and meekly said "that place was something I got with my own daily hardwork. it is heaven compared to living in cold streets " he looked quite shaken while saying that
Alina was shocked to hear that he lived on streets. she realized that she had said something wrong. she signaled the men behind Austin to remove their hands from his shoulders
"Aust...in I didn't mean that " Alina said while stuttering. she remembers quite well that Austin was someone very proud person and emotionally very vulnerable.
she asked " you are so thin and look unhealthy. you should stop eating packaged food" to change the atmosphere
he hesitated and then said " that was the only thing I can afford "
Alina made him feel even more sad and shallow. she bit her lips. she could not bear to see the proud hero she loved in this state. she thought about it.
"ahh!!! I feel so hungry let's eat something. Sebastien serve the food" she ordered her tall, skinny and slightly grey haired butler. he was in black and white uniform like suit and white gloves in his hands.
"yes miss" he replied and went to a room behind Alina.
Austin saw the meek and scared girl he used to know as someone of his past. he felt really ashamed of showing he disgusting self to her . but he had no confidence to say anything to her.
the food was served and they both sat on the table. it was first time in many years that he saw so much food in front of him. he hesitated before talking the food.
Alina saw this and acted as a child and stuffed good in his mouth. his tensions eased.
Austin had his stomach full after a long time, so he quickly started to feel sleepy. Alina took him to a bed to sleep
he asked "is it ok for me to sleep on such a good bed?" he looked as if he was someone not worthy of this luxury
"dummy this whole room is for you" just sleep here. she pulled up the blanket and then helped him to get tucked in. sleep well my friend. she switched off the lights and was about to leave the room.
"please turn on the light, its scary in dark"
she heard a sound. she simply smiled and said "ok but please call me if anything happens, remember I am here for you" she switched on the lights and left the room.
"Sébastien bring me his history withing 2 hours. no matter method you use bring it to me" Alina said in a cold voice
"yes miss" Sébastien bowed and left
