My Ex-Husband Desires Me

"Wh..wh.. what is this Maxwell?" She raised her head, her vision was blurred with unshed tears.   "Can't you read?" He asked, "I'm filing for a divorce, sign it and let's both go our separate ways." He handed her a pen.   "What did I do? I thought you said you loved me. Were you just fooling with me? Did you toy with my feelings?" She sobbed. The tears she had been holding flowed freely down her cheeks.   "Don't act like you don't know what you did. What? You thought I would never find out? You gold-digging whore!" He yelled.    Morgana grabbed the table cloth, every word that left his mouth was like an arrow piercing through her chest. "Why would you say that to me? You've known me for a year now, do I look like a gold digger to you?" She cleaned her tears, but the tears kept falling nonstop.   "That's because you are good at acting. Do you want me to tell you what you did since you can't seem to remember?"    "You are the reason I got drunk that night, You got me drunk just so you could sleep with me and after that, you leaked the information because you knew that my family would ask us to get married just to save our reputation."  ........... After their wedding anniversary, which ended up with a divorce, Morgana swore to herself that she would work hard and earn for herself and her unborn baby. But then, her supposed Ex-Husband wants her back and is trying his best to get back into her life.

New York isn't safe anymore

The next day, Bob's face was all over the town, posters had been posted all over town with his face on it and WANTED written in bold ink and in capital letters.

One week later, the police called Maxwell and Morgana to the station. "It looks like Bob is no longer in New York, I don't know how he managed to escape us, because there are checkpoints everywhere."

"Are you trying to say we are not safe?" Morgana asked.

"If he fled then you are but if he is here but just hiding then I'm sorry to say this, you are not. We've checked all properties in his name but there's nothing, we couldn't find him in any. Does he have any other property that is not registered under his name?" The officer asked Morgana.

"I don't know.... The person you should be asking that question is Phoebe, she should know something we don't." Morgana muttered.
