My Ex-Husband Desires Me

"Wh..wh.. what is this Maxwell?" She raised her head, her vision was blurred with unshed tears.   "Can't you read?" He asked, "I'm filing for a divorce, sign it and let's both go our separate ways." He handed her a pen.   "What did I do? I thought you said you loved me. Were you just fooling with me? Did you toy with my feelings?" She sobbed. The tears she had been holding flowed freely down her cheeks.   "Don't act like you don't know what you did. What? You thought I would never find out? You gold-digging whore!" He yelled.    Morgana grabbed the table cloth, every word that left his mouth was like an arrow piercing through her chest. "Why would you say that to me? You've known me for a year now, do I look like a gold digger to you?" She cleaned her tears, but the tears kept falling nonstop.   "That's because you are good at acting. Do you want me to tell you what you did since you can't seem to remember?"    "You are the reason I got drunk that night, You got me drunk just so you could sleep with me and after that, you leaked the information because you knew that my family would ask us to get married just to save our reputation."  ........... After their wedding anniversary, which ended up with a divorce, Morgana swore to herself that she would work hard and earn for herself and her unborn baby. But then, her supposed Ex-Husband wants her back and is trying his best to get back into her life.

Bob ran in the dark, the wounds on his hand made it hard for him to run faster, the pain was real. His left hand was stabbed, the same left hand received a bullet. "I swear to God you all will pay for this." He muttered.

He continued to run, he ran until he arrived at the place where it all began, he stared at Morgana's driver and smirked. He entered his car and drove back home, he didn't stay long in his house, he just took some cash and left.

He knew that they'd be coming to his house so he had to run. He couldn't make use of any of his cars because they can easily track it. He left his home, booked a cap.

Back at the police station, the police general issued a checkpoint set up blocking every road going in and out of New York. He equally set up a checkpoint and a warning at the airports, this way if Bob was thinking of going out of the country he can easily be caught.
