Chapter 71 – Into The Labyrinth

The Student Council appeared to be an organised group, seeing how they enlisted the help of the teachers as well as Professor Giringo Giringo in handling the selection test for the second years.

At first, one would think that they wouldn't interfere until a final candidate has been chosen but that was not the case at all.

Professor Giringo was called to conduct and supervise the test for the second years. However, he was not to utter the type of assessment that had been prepared by the Student Council.

His sole reason for being in the hall today was to execute the Student Council's plan.

"Let the candidates step forward," the Deputy Academy Master instructed.

We walked towards the stage as instructed, alone, with the teachers remaining behind.

I looked back at Miss Dorian and she gave me a head nod.

"Good luck, Reuben!" Miss Buttons cheered her candidate like a mom would her child.
