VISITING THE MADRIGAL HOME

A few minutes before 3:00 PM, Eli wrapped up his work to prepare for his home consultation. This would be Belle's first time going to Jillyanna Madrigal's home since she started working as Eli's assistant. She was nervous and at the same time, she was sad. 

[You can be honest with me now. Do you still like Eli?] 

(No! It's a big NO!) 

[Why are you even yelling at me? I am just asking a question.] 

(It's because your question was ridiculous.) 

[And what was ridiculous about it? I wouldn't even ask you if I wasn't suspicious. Don't forget that we share the same mind, the same heart, and the same body. I can feel what you feel.] 

(Whatever.) Belle expressed dismissively. (I'm not in love and I will never fall in love with him.)
