Inside the mansion

Czar prudently unlocked the doorknob of the large, metal-plated door, entering inside the humongous mystic Romano mansion with petite slow steps. Eva was following after him like an obedient puppy, all nervous and fretful in that fancy maid costume which however was a grave reason behind her discomfort posture.

As they stepped indoors, Eva was awe-struck in shock, swirling her eyes wider looking at the interior design of such a magnificent huge mansion. The backside entrance of the giant hallway room through which they sneaked inside seemed to be a neverending palace to her, sumptuously decorated with interior design. A giant golden crystalline magnanimous chandelier hanging at the exact center of the luxurious hallway appeared immensely beautiful amidst the interior designs. Moreover, the mansion was 4 storeyed from inside and even the stairs were perfectly groomed with silver railings and crystalline granite stone. 

Eva was at a loss of words witnessing the ethereal beauty of the ambiguous mansion which looked no less than a magnificent royal palace based on the embellished decorative graphics. Her eyes were gawking all over the surroundings and for a few seconds, she even forgot to blink her startled eyes.

"His room is on the 2nd floor, so we have to reach there extremely carefully without inviting any unnecessary attention here. Do you understand?" Czar was walking ahead of her, glancing around everywhere in the hallway which was desolated at that very moment. As he was marching forward, he tried to convey his plan to her but she didn't answer a single response back to him.

The unusual silence bothered him a little. Halting his motion, he turned his neck behind with an agitated look in his eyes towards her. As expected, she was gawking at the massively sumptuous mansion tilting her head and rolling her dilated pupils wider.

"Hey, are you even paying attention to me?" He grumbled at her in a thick rugged note. "Here I am telling you about something important and you are busy gazing at our mansion! Are you an authentic dumbhead?"

"Ahh, I...I am sorry..." Fidgeting anxiously at his dense whining, she lowered her eyes down and murmured in a low tone. "It's the first time... I...I am watching such a magnificent house in real... I have always seen this kind of place in movies and dramas. It looks like a dream palace to me... One can easily get lost inside here...It's so huge..." 

Czar walked closer to her and with an intense gaze in his eyes stared at her for a few seconds. "This mansion is probably the darkest place among the entire world. You don't even have the slightest idea about what resides here, little duckling. If you don't hurry up, this dream palace will turn into the worst nightmare for you. You can't stay here for a longer time--"

"MASTER CZAR?"

All of a sudden his statement got interrupted with a sharp call from behind which immediately flinched her very hard. In a heavy jolt, he turned back at the person who called him right away in such a blunt voice. It was no one other than tall, handsome, and impressively groomed Mr. Tylor, the superior and chief butler of Romano Mansion. 

"Master Czar, what are you doing here near this backdoor?" The man seemed a bit inquisitive as he probed his query in a dubious voice. Quickly his eyes shifted towards Eva who was almost deadpanned in fear, lowering her grimace and trying hard to cover her face by adjusting the laced silk white cap she was wearing on her head. Her gestures seemed a bit suspicious to him and he continued further, "Master Czar, who is this maid? Has she arrived here new? I...I don't remember encountering her in this mansion prior." 

Czar quickly sensed the growing intense situation and stood in front of shivering fragile Eva, guarding her against his cryptic gaze like a rock-pillar. "Yes, she is the newest one here. I have chosen her to work in our mansion." He chose to interfere, responding back to him in a dark voice. 

"But Master, does she belong to our clan? You must be aware, it's beyond our strict rules to allow any outsider apart from our own members inside our mansion. And, somehow, she seems a bit strange too--"

"Mr. Tylor!" All of a sudden, Czar howled at him in a vicious tone, choosing to turn him all silent with such a loud call. His eyes seemed extremely dark and atrocious while he was glaring at him fiercely. "Mr. Tylor, don't you think you are prattling too much nowadays?"

"I... I apologize for my response, Master." He lowered his gaze and sounded a bit scared of his howled voice. "I am just worried about our safety, Master. After whatever has happened to Master Zeus... Madam Aelia has given us the responsibility of looking after every slight change happening around here." He tried to interpreter his intentions.

Firmly, Czar walked a few steps closer to him and glared intensively with a death stare. "I despise those beings who talk unnecessarily too much. So, if you won't shut yourself up... I might slit out your throat right here...right now." His warning resonated much intensely inside the quiet hall room.

The man seemed to be baffled by his threatening and immediately took a step back from him. Slightly, he peeked a glimpse at Eva and didn't utter a single word anymore. Without fuming him anymore, he started heading straight to the kitchen with giant footsteps and a grimacing face.

As he left their sight, quickly Czar turned back at panic-stricken Eva who was almost frozen and numb in fear. She was too scared and couldn't utter a single word to him.

"I have told you already, it's too dangerous for you to stay here any longer. Before anyone sees us again, we gotta head back quick." Walking closer to her with gentle footsteps, he murmured his statement.

Eva raised up his chin and gazed at him in tearful contemplation. "Wh-What if someone else catches me again? They...They are definitely gonna kill me..." Her voice crooked in terror, and she clenched her fist hard.

"I have promised you... I will keep you safe till today. But, we don't have much time anymore." Wrapping up his words fast, immediately he placed his sturdy muscular arms around her small waist and picked her up instantly within his arms. 

With his swift strange approach, Eva was terribly shocked being suddenly carried up by him without even acknowledging her permission! She wobbled her arms and whisper-shouted at him, "hey what the heck you are doing--"

"Let me show you some real speed." Czar evoked a sly smile, interrupting her words wittily.
