Qingfeng Li shook his head. "I don't have any monarch level elixirs."
"It's alright if you don't have any," the silver-haired Captain of the Guards said, his voice cold. "When you enter, you'll have to work for the City Lord for one month. The people who had just entered didn't have any monarch level elixirs, either. They're going to work at the City Lord's Estate. Do you agree to this?"
Qingfeng Li frowned, his expression darkening. He was extremely unwilling to work for someone else.
Beside him, the Sky Wolf Emperor, Mengyao Xu, Black Puppy, Sky-Devouring Snake, and the Lingyun Emperor all frowned. They were all individuals of dignity. Naturally, they weren't about to bow to anyone else.
Qingfeng Li smiled humorlessly. "Is there a third option?"
"Of course," the silver-haired Guard Captain replied, "and that is to defeat me."
Qingfeng Li nodded. "Then I'll take the third option."
