Leon, an ordinary man, meets his untimely death only to be reincarnated in a mysterious realm where colossal towers reach beyond the sky. In this world, individuals climb these towers to gain power, wealth, and ultimately, godhood upon reaching the highest level. Each floor is a trial of increasing danger, filled with magical beasts, traps, and rivals. However, Leon is granted a special cheat ability: the Super Charity System. The Super Charity System allows Leon to receive incredible rewards for any charitable act he performs. Whether it's offering aid to struggling climbers, donating resources, or saving someone’s life, the system exponentially multiplies his gains in return, bestowing him with rare artifacts, strength, abilities, and many more. As Leon progresses through the tower, his rapid growth and benevolent acts draw attention. Some revere him as a hero, while others plot to use his generosity for their own gain. But as he ascends, Leon faces a profound question: in a world where power is everything, will he stay true to his charitable heart, or be tempted to exploit the system for himself? **** It will be R-18, you all have been warned and invited *cough*I meant warned.
Brian didn't realize it, but in reality, he had killed himself. After falling victim to Deception, everything he saw was nothing more than an illusion generated by Roselia. Though his son's condition was true, the rest was a carefully crafted mirage. The illusion drove Brian into despair, ultimately making him Roselia's slave.
Once she had enslaved him, Roselia manipulated his mind, convincing him that his Arune Key—though still intact—was broken. This led him to believe he couldn't use his magic, rendering him defenseless. In his weakened state, he couldn't even fend off the corpse Roselia had raised to kill him.
It was a brutal end for Brian, one that he brought upon himself after earning Roselia's ire.
After Brian's brutal end, Roselia lingered in the shadows, her sharp senses attuned to the mansion around her. The eerie silence that followed his death was almost soothing. With the most dangerous threat inside the mansion now neutralized, she took her time to explore it. The place was still, but not completely empty; guards patrolled outside the inner rooms, and a few maids continued their duties, unaware of what had just transpired.
Roselia, now in the disguise of a maid, moved seamlessly through the halls. Her sharp eyes scanned everything, from the lavish décor to the subtle hints of magical protection hidden throughout the structure. Expensive paintings lined the walls, gold-trimmed furniture filled every room, and artifacts that reeked of power and wealth were carelessly displayed.
"This fool," Roselia thought, a smirk tugging at her lips. "He hoarded all this wealth while his city crumbled around him."
Her fingers twitched with excitement as she began carefully selecting items to take. Moving silently from room to room, she pocketed valuable trinkets—enchanted rings, rare gemstones, and magical scrolls. She found a chest hidden in one of the inner chambers, locked with an intricate magical seal. Smiling to herself, she knelt down and used her own magic to dispel it.
Inside, she found a hoard of gold coins, but what truly caught her eye was a beautifully crafted dagger, its blade engraved with ancient runes. "This will be useful," she muttered, tucking it into her belt.
In another room, she found a secret passage leading to a vault beneath the mansion. Here, the treasures were even greater—rows of sparkling jewels, rare magical artifacts, and ancient tomes of forbidden magic. She quickly stuffed a few into her satchel, feeling the weight of her haul grow.
"Brian was too easy," she thought, her smirk widening. "Arrogant and careless."
After ensuring she had taken everything of true value, she paused in the grand hall. Her dark eyes glanced around one final time, and she extended her hand. With a soft whisper of magic, she left her mark—an invisible rune etched into the air, one that would detonate once the a powerful person appears near it, in other words Rex, and she also made it compact so that she could deal maximum damage in limited area.
"Let's see how Rex reacts when he returns to find this mess," she thought, satisfied. Roselia strode confidently through the mansion's corridors, heading back toward the exit.
Once outside, she glanced up at the grand structure, now void of its corrupt master. The night air was cool against her skin, and with a swift movement, she vanished into the shadows, leaving nothing but chaos and an empty mansion behind.
Roselia, with the grace of a cat, leaped from one rooftop to another, her movements swift and silent as she made her way back to the slums. The night was her ally, its darkness concealing her presence as she crossed the city without a trace. She landed on a final roof with barely a sound, her sharp eyes scanning the shadowy streets below.
By the time dawn broke, the nobles and residents of Blue Wind City would wake to a shocking discovery. Many would find their homes mysteriously missing precious items—gold, jewels, and even enchanted artifacts. The noble district, in particular, would be in disarray, the once-secure estates now stripped of their wealth overnight.
Roselia allowed herself a smirk. "Let them wake to their little nightmare," she thought. In the slums, her presence was nothing more than a fleeting shadow, unnoticed and untraceable, as the city stirred toward chaos.
Her mission was successful but given the conditions near Leon she decided to help him in that regard too.
So, she packed all the valuables as well as many food too.
Roselia returned to Leo's room, finding him peacefully asleep. A soft smile crept onto her face as she gazed at his resting form. She moved quietly toward him but stopped abruptly when she sensed a pair of eyes watching over him from the shadows.
"He left a guard too?" she thought, slightly amused.
"Good, you didn't disappoint me," Roselia mused to herself, knowing that whoever was watching would never harm her, not with her having no malicious intent toward Leo. The silent protector's presence didn't concern her; she was confident in her relationship with Leo and her place beside him.
Roselia continued her approach, her movements soft and deliberate. When she reached his side, she removed her cloak, letting it fall quietly to the floor. Slipping into the bed beside him, she snuggled up close, her warmth mingling with his as she finally allowed herself to relax.
With a contented sigh, she decided to let sleep claim her, knowing she was exactly where she needed to be.
The next morning, Leon woke up feeling completely relaxed. His eyes fluttered open as he stretched, but when he moved his hand, it landed on something soft. Confused, he instinctively gave it a light squeeze.
"Ahhh~~" A soft moan filled the air.
Startled, Leon quickly pulled his hand back, his mind racing as he turned and saw Roselia lying next to him—completely naked.
"What the hell... Is she a succubus or something?" Leon thought, his heart racing as he stared at her in disbelief. Trying to keep calm, he quietly slipped out of bed, doing his best not to wake her.
As Leon moved away, Roselia stirred. She opened her eyes, noticing him leaving the bed. A small sigh escaped her lips as she watched him go. "Has my charm decreased?" she thought to herself, feeling slightly disappointed.
