GOODBYE MILITARY

Soon Eshi escaped the dark cave and retreats to the village. He somehow was able to find the path that leads to the village. As he reached the gates he found there was no one as it was still his turn of night duty and due to it being middle of the the night there was no one in the surrounding.

"thank god, no one noticed my absence" As Eshi took a sigh of relief suddenly a soldier came. As he saw Eshi coming from the woods."Hey, where were you I was looking for you" the soldier questions.

"O... Oo.. I was taking a piss in the woods" Eshi said laughing embarrassed.

"Well, you shouldn't go in the forest alone, you know what happened in the past few days" the soldiers said.

"Yes! I will keep that in mind" Eshi answered taking his place besides the gates.

The next Twenty minutes passed as Eshi read all the info the system gave his about his new ability. "now that I look at this it may be more versatile than I initially thought" Eshi said thinking about all the possible ways he could use his Ability. As Eshi was ready to test something a soldier came saying that it's his time for the shift and Eshi should go back to his room and have some rest.

Listening to his fellow soldier Eshi left for his room. Upon reaching Eshi jumped on his bed as all the fighting had made him exhausted more than that he was expecting. "huh.. I should take it slow and see the rest tomorrow" saying these words Eshi closed his eyes.

As Eshi heard a knock on the door he suddenly wake up only to find that someone was asking him to have lunch as he had already skipped the breakfast. "look like I was passed out for long time" Eshi said opening his window looking at the people walking in the streets. Eshi left his room after taking a bath and reached the dining room as he sat with his lunch. He heard people taking how they had found various dead beast while scouting the nearby area around the village they still don't know the cause but they think that it may be the done by the people that had attack the base recently. Eshi listening this only eat his lunch as fast as he could so he could escape this place.

As Eshi left the place he saw a message asking him to visit the base in the evening. Suddenly Eshi felt that may be they found out that he was behind the dead beast. He then left for the teleportation gate as there was not much time left and he felt that its not like he could even escape.

When Eshi reached the place he saw a lot more soldier there then ever before. "they may be deploying more soldier due to the incident of last night" Eshi said as he showed his watch to the guard. Upon reading the details the guard allowed him to pass, as Eshi crossed the curtains of the gate he again found him in the base Nova that was under construction due to recent events. He then left for the lieutenant office for his meeting as he reached the door for the office he took a deep breath claiming his inner thoughts and knocked on the door

"please Enter"

Hearing these words he entered the office he found the same lieutenant sitting on his chair smiling at his guest.

"well hello Eshi, I am really sorry if we hadn't talked for a while but you know the recent time had been little busy for me" the lieutenant said with a smile on his face.

"oo.. Oo No problem, I totally understand" Eshi said laughing nervously as he thought that he was about to be investigated him about the beasts.

"Hmmm, what happened! why are you so nervous? " the lieutenant asked "Are you hiding something"

"No.. Hell no, what are even saying" Eshi said become even more nervous "you know it because the last time I met you I was not In The most comfortable place"

"haha.. Maybe you are right" the lieutenant said laughing "well leave that aside I have called you here to inform that you are now resting from your service as your school starts next week and you have to leave for there the day after tomorrow" the lieutenant informed.

"well then thank you for your service, I know it was not easy because of the unexpected event but still you should be happy that you have survived in the end" the lieutenant said with a smile

'maybe be should not say these words with that fake smile of yours' Eshi thought.

"with that you are free to do anything tomorrow and all the details about the academy will be given to you by officer Riya, she must be in room six you should visit her before leaving" the lieutenant said signaling him to leave now.

As Eshi left the room he breath a sigh of relief as he was not suspected him about the incident last night but more so that he has finally free from military and he will never have to come back here. As he walked in the corridor he finds he way to the room six. As he entered the room he saw Riya. he saw her putting a book in bookshelf at the left side of the room.

"Oo.. You must be Eshi" Riya said. She must not be much older than Eshi but still she was in that position. She was wearing a woman military uniform form that was complementing her curves. She was wearing glasses on her beautiful face with her back hairs reaching her shoulders.

"Well maybe I am meeting more and more girl that live in different world" Eshi said to himself as he was not in romance but still looking at these girls he might rethink about his decisions.

"Well have a seat, My name is Riya wale and i came from Wale family. Well I came from one of the branch family but still I am a wale" Riya said laughing nervously "Well, I work directly under Lieutenant Rogers, and you must be here for the information about the Academy" Riya said looking at her note's

"aa.. Yes" Eshi answerd

"Well Academy of warrior is one of the biggest institution in whole world right know and it is backed by all the four kingdom as they had decided that knowledge is the most important thing and they should pass their knowledge to the future generations. Students from all kingdoms came to the academy. Students come from all backgrounds Nobles as well regular citizen as if they show good performance they can get to join a noble family and live a good life and as for Nobels they just want to get more recognition among other families."

After hearing all the other unimportant information about the academy how it came into existence and all the other thing that have nothing to do with him. He left the room and starts to pack his bags as he had purchased some clothes from his pay he got from the military.

Next day Eshi thought that he should enjoy his last day in the village as it might be the last time he ever get this chance. Eshi went shopping and visit the local cafés to eat and doing all these he never felt but it was already night as it was the first time he had ever done anything like this. At night he decides to visit his old friend at the temple.

When he reached the temple he found the old man sitting on the bench looking at the falling snow. Eshi sat next to the old man.

"You know kid when you grow old time actually grows old with you and you always feel like you don't have enough time left" the old man said

"What does that mean now" Eshi said in confusion. "well it's my last day in the village I will going to the Academy tomorrow"

"Good for you kid, maybe you will get what you have been looking for" the old man said.

"Thanku" Eshi said looking at the dragon statue at the top of temple. "well I always wanted to ask why is there a dragon statue at the temple's top. "

The old man said nothing but smiled at Eshi questioned. "well kid you have a rough future ahead of you but looking at you till now I think you will be able to do that I was not able to achieve." the old man said walking away "And the strange power you used while fighting the snow bulls is dangerous try to avoid using them" he left saying these words.

"wait... How does he know" Eshi said running towards the exit as he reached the old man had already vanished.

"How" Eshi said looking at the statue at the top of the temple.
