Chapter Two Hundred and Forty Six

George was okay but his mood changed when we arrived at the Hollywood Bowl, although I already noticed Max sour mood since I woke up today. Coming inside this place made their mood worst and I did not buy the excuse Ella said that Max gave. I have worked with George and Max sometimes and I categorically tell you that this is not how they handle crisis in business. The two of them looked like people their world is about to end especially Max. Ella and I left them to sort out whatever that is going on while we are going to have dinner without them. But I still intend to know what is going on from George.

We arrived at the restaurant and luckily our favourite spot is not occupied so walked to it and sat down on it, while the waiter approach us to get our order. We placed our order and sit down talking about nothing in general. We were seated talking and I looked up and saw a lady walking towards our table smiling. At first I was confused but shrugged it off at the possibility that may be Ella know who the lady is and she is coming over to greet her. She stopped in front of us that is when Ella noticed her.

Ella raised her eyebrows and looked at the lady for the second time, then she turned to me silently asking me if I know who she is. I shook my head telling her that I don't know her either. You know I am in front of you guys, so you can ask me what you want to ask, the lady before them said. Ella and I get over the surprise and comport themselves and start to ask the lady before us questions. Who are you? I asked looking at the lady suspiciously cause something seem off about her. The smiled at us widely, I don't like that smile of hers one bit cause to me it look so creepy.

Hi my name is May, she introduced herself to us. Okay May how can we help you? I asked her. Oh it's nothing serious, is just that I have been looking for someone to advise me on the problem am facing right now, May answered. How can she approached us with her problem do we look like counsellors to her I looked at Ella saw the same look on her face. I gestured for her to sit down so that she can start to narrate here problem, maybe we will be able to proper solution. She is about to start talking when the waiter arrived with our order and all my focus are now on the food.

I think I will have to order my own food cause you seem more focused on the food right now, May pointed out. I think that will be a good idea you should definitely order your own food, I encouraged her. She ordered her food and the three of us were having our meal peacefully, when I noticed footsteps coming towards us. I raised my head and looked up and it turned out that George and Max we're the ones approaching us. I smiled at George and he returned the smile, Ella did the same and Max returned her smile.

They froze the moment they saw May but they were quick to cover up but I already saw everything and this just confirmed that something is wrong somewhere and whatever it is, must be personal to either of them and I intend to find out what it is. This also got to show that this lady May or whatever her name is, purposely approached us and also I don't like where my mind is going.
