Chapter One Hundred and Thirty Three

Sarah POV

I arrived at home to meet my best friend smiling like she just won a lottery. I don't know why she is this happy maybe she and her father are now in good terms but on a second thought if they are good now she will be at her place not here. Hey Ella what's the good news? You look so happy, I asked her. Nothing happened, am just happy, Ella replied and walked towards the kitchen. I went upstairs and showered, after my shower I came down to check if there is anything for dinner.

But to my surprise there is a lot of dishes on the table, I can't believe my eyes, what have gotten into Ella that she prepared all this. I approached the table and just then Ella walked out of the kitchen. Ella don't tell me nothing is happening or happened cause am not buying any of that, just spill it already and stop keeping me in suspense, I scolded her. Ella gave me that her signature mischievous smile. I already told you nothing is going on, am just in a good and felt like cooking that's how I end up cooking so many dishes, Ella said gesturing at the dishes.

I sighed in resignation cause I know that am not getting any other information from her other than what she just let out, but I know deep down that something is going on just that don't want to tell me yet. I sat down and started putting food on my plate, since she refused to tell me anything let me help myself out with food. Ella sat across me and dished out her own meal as well, we silently enjoyed the meal and I must give kudos Ella she is such a great cook.

I finished my meal and went to the sitting room to look for a nice movie to watch and since tomorrow is Saturday I will have enough time to sleep. I was shuffling through Netflix when Ella walked in with her phone on her hand. Sarah I will need you to escort me to somewhere, Ella said. No that will not be possible tomorrow is Saturday and I intend to sleep throughout tomorrow, I told her. Ella looked me from head to toe and am already expecting the next insult that will come out of her mouth. 

Do you even listen to yourself at all, "am going to sleep throughout tomorrow", Ella mimicked me. Tomorrow is my day of rest and I really need that rest like never before, I told her. Well that my best friend will not happen cause you are escorting me tomorrow and there is nothing you can do about it, Ella told me and sat beside me. I know that am definitely going to escort Ella to wherever it is that she is going to cause even if I insist not going, she will drag me there herself. Where is it that am escorting you to? I asked cause I have no idea where she will be going. That my friend will be a surprise, Ella replied.
