George POV

When I submitted my design I was very nervous, I looked at Sarah she is nervous as well there is a lady beside her I guessed that's her best friend she told me that is coming to cheer her up. My so called best friend is not here yet probably he is still balls deep inside a woman and that's one of the reason I don't want him close to Sarah dude is bad news for women especially Sarah.

I was seated with my team when Anna approached us and am wondering what exactly she want this time around. When she finally arrived and started talking I felt like bashing her head on the nearest wall but I just kept my emotion in check,I don't want to dent my name and definitely not on her account.

When she noticed that nobody is paying attention to her or ready to respond to her stupidity, she decided to take her leave. Not too long after she left the M.C called us up to the stage and started giving us instruction on how the judgement will be conducted "if you are asked a question you are expected to get straight to the point no long story will be accommodated.

Our designs were displayed on the screen and I must give it to Paul the guy did a great in modification of the design, I hardly recognized it as my work but it is even more costly than what I have in mind before. I smiled in my mind knowing fully well that Melbel company just dug their own grave and I don't want it to be so obvious that am aware of what is going to happen cause I don't want to gave Sarah away.

Who knows Evans might come after her for double crossing him,I don't want to be too confident and put her in harms way.I decided to put on an emotionless face that way nobody will know what's going on in my mind.

When it reached Melvin turn to face the judges the man was smiling proudly with so much confidenc. The smile started to falter the moment the judges started asking him questions, one of the judges is so strict he don't give a damn about who you are. I smirked cause this is the moment I have been waiting for, by the time the judges are done with questions and opinion on his design the guy was already sweating profusely.

I stole a look at Anna and her situation is worse than her husband, she looked like someone who is about to faint any moment. The moment the judges announced that Melbel company are disqualified from the competition I was the happiest man on earth,after three years of their betrayal I was able to get back at them.

It is now getting to the moment the judges will present the winner to the M.C so that he can announce it. The winner of this year annual competition for the best architectural designer is Vin Company!!! Congratulations to CEO George Vincent and his team on their victory the M.C announced.

I was on the cloud after the M.C declaration, I was so happy people were hugging me some were shaking my hands while others patted my shoulder. My best friend Max is even here am not aware when he arrived but there is no sign of Sarah. I want to celebrate this moment with her cause she is one of the reason this victory was possible. I wonder where she could be has she left but her best friend is still here she can't leave her behind. Where are you Sarah?
