Back to the Guild

After eating breakfast, Hope brought up an idea she had.

"I want to travel with Sir Vance."

"WHAT!?!?" Yelled a shocked John.

"Papa I wanna stay by his side and help him. I want to support him in any way I can."

"I feel the same way father. Do not worry, remember you had us trained by the knights. We can handle ourselves just fine. And Vance himself is very strong." Said Jess.

"You can go." Said their mother, Lucy.

"But Lucy how can we just watch them leave like this." Said John.

"Do not worry about it my dear husband. I'm sure Vance will take very good care of our girls. Right Vance?"

"Of course. Why would I let anyone mess with my women?" Said Vance as he grabbed Jess and Hope by their waists and pulled them closer to him.

"I guess we'll just have to trust in you huh? Well Vance, you have my trust. You two may follow him."

"Well then, John, Lucy, we'll be on our way. C'mon girls, we've got to head back to the guild. Let's find out if the finished calculating our rank-up."

After saying that Vance lead his party of Celine, Alice, Hope, and Jess towards the Adventurers Guild, to register Hope and Jess as adventurers and collect their reward from the herb collection quest.

A short time later they had made it to the guild. As they walked in the receptionist that had served them last time noticed Vance in the lead and seemed to become somewhat flustered.

"Y-you're back. What ridiculous thing are you going to tell us today? Did you slay a dragon? Become a king?"

"No but I am here for a few things. First I wanna register these two as adventurers and have them added to my party. Two I wanna check out my rewards from last time. And three I want to take a new quest and see if I can do some exploring."

"Hmm... Seems simple enough. Nothing crazy just yet. Well then, starting with the registration. You tw-... EH!?!? Are you the twin princesses?!?!"

"Yes? Why are you so panicked?" Said a confused Hope.

"Because it would be rare for royalty to come here little sister." Said Jess the more mature of the two.

"What are you two doing here princesses?"

""We're following Vance?"" Said the twins.

"And we thought the best way to follow and support him would be by joining his party." Said Hope.

"Well then, now that the issue has been settled, can we go on with the registration?" Said Vance.

"Ah, my apologies. Of course we can continue." Said the receptionist.

They then went through the registration procedures.
