Chapter 10: First day at school
When nick and momo reached the Aldera junior high, there were already many students along with their parents who came to drop off their kids on the first day of school. When nick came out of the car, he immediately attracted many eyes around him. His handsome appearance along with the armed vehicle and bodyguards, made everyone curious about him.
When momo got out of the vehicle , she also recieved those gazes and she immediately became nervous and held nick's hand tightly. Nick just patted her head and assured her not to worry about it and told the bodyguards to leave. Then he walked inside the school along with momo,who was still holding his hand looking around curiously.
The principal of the school personally came to welcome them. He also wanted to personally guide them to their class but nick refused. So the principal arranged a teacher to take them to their class and told them to come to him directly if they faced any problem in the future. The smile on the face of principal never faded away from the moment he met them till they left his office. Nick even doubted whether that guy's quirk was related to smiling.
When they reached the class, every students had already arrived. when nick entered the classroom with momo, almost all the students in the class turned their attention towards them which once again made momo a little nervous ( even though she is mature, this is her first time meeting so many people of her age and especially when so many of them staring at her).
All the girls in the class had stars in their eyes when they looked at nick and all the boys were attracted to momo. Nick didn't mind their gazes, he walked towards the two empty seats and sat on it along with momo. After settling in his seat, Nick looked around and found the protagonist of this world, he saw a short kid with green hair with his heads down writing something in his book and muttering something to himself, he looked kinda creepy.
Momo also noticed nick's gaze and saw midoriya, then she asked," Oniichan why are you looking at that creepy looking guy, do you know him?" (Nick made her to call him as oniichan few years ago and fulfilled one of his past life fantasies).
"No momo, I just found that guy interesting, who knows maybe we would meet him so often in the future" nick didn't say anything else and looked around for bakugo but didn't find him. Then he asked sarah to sign-in,
[ Sign-in initiated 1:58....1:45].
He had to do this for next 2 months everyday. and he also clarified with sarah that he only needed to sign-in during working days. Which made him sigh in relief, or else he has to sneak in to the school every weekends,which was not that difficult for him but he was a little lazy to do it.
After the teacher came in, he introduced himself and asked everyone to introduce themselves and thier ambitions. Almost every students told that their ambition was to become a powerful hero like Allmight, that's howmuch kids adore him. Then it was momo's turn, "Hello everyone, my name is momo yaoyorazu, My quirk is called creation and my ambition is to become a powerful hero and fight along with my oniichan and support him", even though she was a little nervous at the beginning she adapted to it very quickly and now she was okay.
When nick heared her words,he smiled and patted her head which made her to smile sweetly. Even though he knew she would tell that but still he was a little happy hearing her words. Then it was Nick's turn, " Hello everyone, My name is Nick lion, My quirk is water manipulation and my goal is to protect my family".
When everyone heared his name they started to whisper among themselves, everyone knew him as a genius inventor but it was 2 years ago and Yaoyorazu family along with hero association tried to cover-up his name as much as possible trying to prevent any dangers. Even though they prevented it but most of the people still remember his name, So when he told his name everyone was surprised and the girls started to crowd around him asking for his autograph.
Momo became defensive and she created a large shield and stood in front of nick like a chicken trying to protect her children. Nick just told her to stand aside by patting her head and assured her he will be alright.
He then looked at the girls around him and said, " Okay girls, I will sign all of you but let's do this after the classes, we shouldn't disturb the class, so now everyone return to their tables and I promise I will sign everyone of you after the class ends" ,he promised them with his signature smile which made the girls immediately blush and returned back to their tables obediently.
The home room teacher sighed in relief and also felt grateful towards nick for handling the situation easily, or else if someone had got injured, he would be held responsible. After everyone settled down, he started to teach some basic stuffs, which sounded like a lullaby to nick and and he slept on the table. Momo just shook her head by seeing this and she continued reading her own book.
When the bell rang and the class got over , every girls in the class once again rushed towards nick's table. Momo woke up nick and when nick saw the girls coming over, he smiled helplessly. But he didn't mind it that much, he patiently signed them. Even some boys asked him for autograph. And when everyone was gone, nick saw a single figure standing there holding his book nervously.
Midoriya was really nervous, 'oh my god, that's nick lion, the guy who invented many powerful weapons that is used by the government at present day to fight against villains easily. He is a genius at such a young age, I should learn from him and maybe I can do something good even without having quirk', he was a actually muttering it out loud thinking that he was talking in his mind.
Nick heard what he said and shook his head," Hey there greeny head, if you want an autograph come quickly, we need to have lunch, I am already starving".
" Oh ahhh, sorry...sorry nick kun, I was lost in my thoughts, My name is Izuku midoriya. Can you sign me my book, I am a great admirer of your works" midoriya said while looking at nick.
Nick got his book and signed it and returned back the book, " You know midoriya kun, you don't have to be too much nervous around me, I am not some kind of monster, we will be classmates in the future, so see you around" he said and left the class along with momo leaving midoriya alone who was still in daze.
After leaving the class, they went to the school terrace where there were many students having their lunch while chatting and laughing. Nick and momo found an empty spot and sat down. Momo opened the lunch box that they bought from the house and they started to eat while chatting.
While they were enjoying their lunch, a group of 13yr old boys approached them. The boy in the front who looked like the leader of the group spoke," Hey there pretty boy, looks like you are having some pretty expensive lunch, how about you share it with us huh?".
Nick looked just glanced at them for a second and continued to have his lunch. He totally ignored them and took a piece of salmon with his chopstick and fed it to momo, who ate it happily.
The leader of the group got pissed by seeing this. His hands turned in to a wolf's hand and he planned to attack nick, but he found out that nick was not in his original place. When he wanted to find where nick disappeared, he felt cold in his neck and he looked down to find out a chopstick was placed in his neck and a tinge of blood could be seen on its tip and he heard a cold voice from behind.
" You should have left when I ignored you, you moron, you made a big mistake by planning to attack me, Do you think you are some big shot who can bully anyone you want. Guess what?, you are wrong. You know I can kill you now and easily escape from the law if I wanted to, I can even make your family disappear if I want. So keep this in your mind idiot, if I ever see you again I will chop of your dog hands, you understand?" Nick asked while moving the chopstick slightly into his neck.
The leader guy has already peed his pants in fear and his eyes were full of tears. His group of friends had already ran away leaving him alone, he desperately nodded his head after hearing nick's words. Once nick loosened his hands , he fell limp on the ground and immediately stood up and ran away still shaking.
Nick returned to momo. He threw away the chopstick and took out a new one and started to eat. Momo who was silent until now opened her mouth," Is it necessary to scare him that much oniichan, he is also just a kid you know?" she asked looking at nick curiously.
" Bullies like these needed to be taught while they are still young, if they grow up doing whatever they want without anyone restricting them , then they may even turn into a villain in the future and destroy many lives. so it's better to make him understand that he is just an ant who can be squashed at anytime", nick smiled and said while chewing his food.
" What you said makes sense, but it looked like you were enjoying while threatening him oniichan" she asked teasingly for which nick just scratched his head and stuffed her mouth with another piece of salmon to stop her from asking questions.
