Hmm…
After thinking about it for a while I think I know just the dimension I need to go to next which is somewhat easy but also hard at the same time.
I think it's about time I get power and I know just the world.
Gleipnir.
The plot is based on a High school student Shuichi Kagaya receives the ability to transform into a giant monstrous dog. It resembles a mascot costume with a zipper on the back and a big smile on the front.
He meets a normal girl from the same class, Claire Aoki, whose sister, Elena, was responsible for killing their parents.
While the plot is something I'm not interested in but I happen to come here to get free wish-granting power.
That would be the alien in the series.
A member of a highly advanced alien species with the ability to grant seemingly any wish in return for finding golden coins containing one of his fellow aliens.
Should anyone locate 100 coins he has even offered to grant that person enough power to do almost anything, even destroy a planet should they wish, seemingly with no regard for how such a power may be abused.
Fortunately for me though having a trillion dollars in all kinds of countries.
Smirking a bit I already began to search for the right place for me to jump to and found the correct location but…
Losing the smirk the place I found using a drone it was my best option as I sigh at this not wanting to waste my time searching again.
Do you know how many parallel worlds or different realities are similar but contrast different at the same time?
Infinitely.
It was incredibly difficult to find the right world to go to, but I needed something to help with my powers.
But I also need a power that is also useful as well.

Opening up the portal I sigh knowing where I'm going but it must be done to save my sorry ass for fucking getting a virus. I have gotta make a mental note to have some kind of defense against diseases the next time.
I seriously love and hate my powers.
But what I hate most is that I'm in a hazard suit the whole time is going to be a big pain with people looking at me weirdly.

Yup, I'm going to feel that in the morning as I began to rub my arm as I fell straight into a dumpster here.
I could've had another choice but I was impatient to wait for my chance to get a free power-up without the worry of being backstabbed in the back.

Opening outside a nearby Japanese town as I remember it and recall the events and place I smirked at the location I'm in.

Getting out and about I began to hurry along and get to a place to rent for today since I need something from this world as I need a place to stay for today – Huh?
Glancing at the sky quickly enough I see that there is black smoke happening on the mountainside with the clear sky showing in the day.

Shuichi Kagaya is an ordinary high school kid in a boring little town.

And if I recall correctly she should have the coins needed for me to trade with the alien.
This certainly saves me the trouble of finding one easily.

Rushing ahead and running out I began to follow the lead of where the fire is going.
Just hoping for the chance to get the coin into my person.
Could do without the people gazing at me weirdly and creating rumors.

As I continue to rush over to where the fire was I managed to come ahead to the scene to see a bizarre scene ahead of me.
A hentai monster stripping a girl down ready to be raped.
Nah.
When I saw the scene before me I stood there as his eye with a plus sign for a pupil looked at me with the fire of the smokescreen as my ally to use as I began to rush towards him but in reality to the girl instead because of an item she has on her person.

Like that the monster vanished.
Just in time too since I would be royally screwed over by him and his strength.
"Please call help and take her to the hospital!"

No matter as he was gone from the scene as I open up my PDA and take out a can of sleeping gas from there as I know for sure the girl is awake.
Readying everything at a distance the girl woke up seeing real danger coming her way as I began steadily take her down.
Her eyes widen as white smoke was apparent coming out from the gas can of sleeping gas as she saw the danger.
"No wait – Ack!"
*Bam*
Hit her on the back of the head with the butt of the can knocking her out as she inhales the gas.
Opening more sleeping can gas out from my PAD and hiding my scent for a bit I began to search down the girl as she has her bra and underwear out in the open I began to search for what little clothing she had.
Checking her panties was a no-show with nothing.
Bra on the other hand… Ah!
Bingo was his name oh!
Checking out the gold coin and stars having on it I smiled – ACK!

Before the next thing, I knew I was thrown out like a bag of trash in a dumpster I see the MC is back glaring at me as he began to ask questions, "What the heck are you doing to this girl! Wait you are the creep going around town!"

Coughing out some of my blood I didn't even see that dog of a simp MC act out against me as I managed to bring myself up.
With my gas mask still on and the sleeping gas still active, I tried to stall for time as I need to let the effects of the sleeping gas set in, "Cough! Oh… not much just a guy… Cough. Just a guy looking for a coin… to know to get a power… up and all. I mean… you got it from… the alien… Cough!"
Damn that hit is starting to hurt a lot.
Checking over my lower body I see it began to bruise up with a purple on the muscle that's not a good color to show underneath the hazard suit.
Nope.
Not good at all.
Next, the MC Shuichi Kagaya was his name took the chance to breathe in and smell the gas in the air not noticing it, "You… what were you doing to her… striping her naked like that. You are a perverted rapist!"
Oh, fuck you hero troupe hypocrite motherfucker!
You were literally stripping her first and I only left her naked when I found the coin!
I ain't no fucking pervert nor a rapist to let the whole world see her naked!
At the very least I'm a thief!
The situation wasn't in my favor as I felt the blood drawing from my head but the monster began to stumble as I make my way to leave out of this scene.
No way I'm dealing with this shit.

A large thud sound was heard and he began to change back to normal as I left off taking the coin in my possession.

I need to heal up first…
This is why I didn't want to go to anime worlds or follow the heroes because this kind of shit happens!
For now, I need time to adjust and get better to avoid being in contact with them.

I need time to recover first before going towards the alien a few days at best or at least one or two days at best without revealing the coin.
But next time I am bringing the rifle against the MCs from now on.

However, I got what I needed from here better get out of here soon and meet up with the alien as soon as possible.
With my body condition and a few days left I'm not left with many choices left next I have to rely on the people of the slums to tell me where the location I need to go is located at since people never asked them.

Later after a few days of waiting to recover and quick trips one of the poor guys in this city managed to find the coin I needed handing it over, "Here you go kid just like you ask. Now about that, if you follow the address here you should be able to find what you looking for."
Holding a briefcase of 1 million dollars to the poor man I handed it over but not before I revealed it to him as his eyes shined happily as I replied seeing the info was legit, "Here you go, big guy. Thanks for cooperating with me and here is the 1 million dollars as promised. Thanks for your service."
The poor man took the briefcase as I left collecting another coin along with a small bag of them placing it inside after collecting the items through the net and asking the people here for some assistance.
They were certainly helpful and resourceful to ask some teens or more vulnerable people to help me out with this issue of collecting the coins or at least getting the real ones and not some fakes.
Unfortunately, I was just forced to take them because I wouldn't tell if it was the genuine article or not but the alien would help clear that up soon enough.
Thank god I went to Ready Player One dimension and am already a rich motherfucker as I can use my money to pay for what I need or ask others to do my bidding so long as it's in a modern earth world.
Anything magical or advanced would be a real issue but for now, I'm only starting from ground zero I have time.
Guess there is a time and place for that now then…
Time to meet the alien to get my superpower to help save my ass from this virus.

Searching a bit I managed to find the place where I was looking for as I see a dirty bed, dumpster, and soda machine in an abandoned lot I went ahead to where the coins are located at as I recalled them from the ground from the anime or steal them from the members that collect them.

Going towards the place I began to enter to an open lot area with some trash cans and some areas within a dirty bed and soda machine.
Entering inside I began to place the coin inside and…
Nothing happened.
Seeing that I began to place in all the other coins in my bag that I collected from the last few days of earning them.
Tracing myself some spaces back I began to see it shake as I see someone of human form begin to walk out as I see a person come out to which should be impossible.
No seriously.
How the hell does a human fit that much!
Coming out was the Alien of the series.
An Alien is an alien from space, who usually takes the form of a young man with short light brown hair and gray eyes.
I was honestly excited to get the powers I want because of this guy's ability.
The Alien's primary ability appears to be shapeshifting which is achieved by collecting the DNA of the intended target. His current form is based on the DNA found on a mattress in the area he resides.
But the real reason I came here was for the Alien to bestow power on me as he also uses this ability to transfer others an act he calls "Granting Wishes". The exact method of this is currently unknown except by giving me in a can.
As he comes out from the machine he glances at the coin as he happily talks to me about his alien origin, "Hello. I see you managed to collect one of my brothers or sisters. From the expression on your face, I see you know what I can do yes?"
Really did he also have mind powers?
The Alien laughs at this as he began to reply to me through my suit, "Hahaha. No, no mister. I'm really a good face reader even through your weird suit."
At this as I cough a bit embarrassed as I asked what I wanted from him while I speak, "Cough! Sorry if I was rude there. But yeah, I came here for power more specifically a superpower. The power of Absolute Survivability to beat this virus I have. "
*Snap*
Snapping his fingers the alien smiled at me as he responded happily as he spoke to me cheerfully responded, "Hmm... that sounds interesting ability any conditions you would like to have just as it is, or do you want to add details about it? I mean you managed to collect more than my siblings so I'll be a bit more generous."
Hearing his reply I began to talk to him being incredibly detailed about what the power I wanted needed to be, "Sure. I want the power of Absolute Survivability to have the following. The user can survive absolutely anything, death cannot fully take them and the slightest bit of life-force and health will always remain when it should be literally impossible, some users even managing to fully recover. Their resilience is so staggering that even reality-warping, erasure, and Oblivion cannot be enough to take them down. Also, this power can not be removed by any means necessary."
However, the alien frowned at such details as he began to reply to me about the limits of its ability I wanted, "Hmm… That seems like a tall order. But what you request is a bit much what I can do. However, I can make it that this power can't be removed, can survive most things, and adapt to the changes and evolve. But nothing like reality-warping, erasure, and Oblivion will be enough to take you down."
Well shit…
I was hoping to be like SCP – 682 because of its power but…
Beggars can't be choosers here so I'll make do with what I have.
Like that the alien turned around and began to work on something till he produced a metal can with a star shape on it as he hands it to me as he responded, "Yeah. I apologize if this isn't want you wanted but at least this is the most I can get it to be. Drinking this will 'grant' your wish of obtaining such ability not without some issues of course."
And there it is.
The catch.
Nodding at my irritation of a catch he began to explain to me what I can and can't do with the power he holds over in his hand, "This power you wanted will start small, so I suggest that you increase your resistance first. Eventually, you'll be able to get what you wanted for now though I wish you the best of luck with that nasty virus."
Tch, even he noticed it through my suit but then again it has been over 7 days with me having a week left to live.
I mean just look at me.
I'm literally a glowing polka-dot human with the green lights flashing like a Christmas tree.
Well, at least this is the best what I was getting from here so all of this time wasn't for nothing its better than nothing.
Best to make use of this situation.
Now down the hatch.
Giving me the bottle as I open the tip of the can I began to chug it down releasing my mask while tasting it a bit with some flavor impressed, "Huh? Does this actually taste like Coca-Cola? Weird… are all your drinks like this or is it just random?"
The Alien shrugs his head while still happily responding to me about the odd flavor of the drink as he responds, "Not really. I usually go for a random drink to see what reactions they invoke. Still haven't noted touch down the classic disgusting power-up drink's troupes. But it's a work in progress."
Uh-huh.
Then the Alien began to talk to me having a smirk on his face as he began to talk to me, "Uh-huh. The virus in your system will be gone in about… hmm… 3 or 4 days at best. Hope you live. Now then if you manage to find more of my brothers and sisters in their coin form it would make me happy."
Sure.
Beggars can't be choosers here since I'm guaranteed to survive outside some dangerous dimensions plus I can always evolve this power later down the line.
Making sure I'm a distance away from the alien I began to open the portal to the High School of the Dead dimension where I have all my stuff currently secured not riddled with the virus a cleaner version of the dimension if you will.

Now that I have the ability to adapt and overcome some dangerous obstacles next comes the next world where I'll unlock the power of my psychics next and with my adaptability, I can be sure to obtain it.
I'm going to need to build up my resistance first so… first how about eating some food with a good amount of enzymes that could help the virus back since it will take some time.
