Subjugation is liberation!

[Mission: First Step My Beloved Son]

[Status: Completed!]

[Rewards: +1000SP, Random World Travel Ticket, Swordsmanship (GrandMaster)]

[Notice: Since this is the first mission received by the world, rewards have been increased greatly. Such increase in rewards is only one time, and would not happen again unless under special circumstances]

A movie as if on fast forward, he found himself in a state of mental stagnation. The world seemed to slow down to the point where even the small particle in the air became visible to him, slowly crawling but not moving.

A series of memories came, pouring endlessly into his mind, playing and moving, merging with his soul and consciousness.

The moments and habits of his body were rewritten without even his consent.

Seconds passed, turning to minutes, but that was all in his brain. He felt like a diamond that has just been polished to perfection, a new world of possibilities.

"To think that the difference between master and grandmaster was this massive." He could not help but mutter under his breath, clenching his fist and feeling the new perception of the world overwhelming him. "It is as if I am reborn all over again. The world… it feels like a completely new place."

He could hear people in the houses, he could feel air crawling his body, he could feel the heartbeat of Sona and Tsubaki, and best of all, he could read the intent of the things.

"It's like… "Supreme Territory" from the Demon Slayer, but quite not that yet."

He could tell, or at least differ from the knowledge he has, that he was infinitesimally close to entering the "supreme territory", all he needed was a trigger; a trigger to push him over the boundaries.

"I can easily take care of High-Class Devils based on my swordsmanship alone, and that is me downgrading my strength to the minimum."

His body structure has changed to make sure it makes the minimum wasted moment. Even if he himself has not reached this realm, it still felt like it was he who entered it with his own efforts. It felt like a cheat.

"It's great to have a cheat." He smiled, finally getting used to his new senses.

Turning around from the charred decapitated body of the stray, who had long departed from the world of the living, Noah looked towards the flying Sona and Tsubaki.

A silent contest of staring at each other was happening.

"I want to fly too…" The air that had become heavy to an unbearable level, suddenly popped like an inflated balloon from the single sentence uttered from within his mouth, making both the bespectacled women sigh in relief.

It can't be helped, since the feeling and aura that Noah released had suddenly taken a massive turn. He, to them, felt like a completely different person.

Not as in how he acted, but as in how they perceive his existence. If before he felt like a fly, now his presence has increased to that of a dragon. This huge contrast had set them on edge, thinking if something happened to him.

"I didn't know you were this strong, were you hiding your powers?" Sona couldn't help but ask, either out of curiosity or because she felt wary of him, it didn't matter. It is just that, the sudden change of seconds in someone she has known for a year had put her on guard.

Body takeover was not unheard of in this world after all.

"Am I obliged to show it to the world?" Noah raised a brow before shrugging his shoulders. "I was hiding them of course. If I showed my powers too much, then your future husband might end up having way too much of a harem you know."

She felt her heartbeat increasing, a small shade of red appearing over her cheek. "Say that after you beat me in chess."

'You're not denying?' Tsubaki internally thought, staring at her King before looking back towards Noah, who smiled at her.

"And you too Tsubaki, you don't want me to have way too big of a harem, right?"

Tsubaki was a headstrong woman with a serious personality. Seeing her smiling on a normal occasion would already be considered a miracle sent by gods.

But if anyone wanted to see her flustered self, then it has to be when she is talking with Noah or when Noah flirts with her, it is indeed a sight to behold—a beautiful woman with a beautiful body being flustered and blushing, who didn't want to see such a sight.

Sadly, only Noah and Sona were there to witness it.

"Now you sound obnoxious."

"Can't be helped, I'm used to being an annoying obnoxious overly self-centered arrogant young master." Noah answered without missing a beat, also putting the sword back into the bag, "Maybe I should change my name into Gojo Satoru."

With a slight smile, finding him to be how he had been since the time she met him, Sona felt something heavy leaving her chest as a helpless smile appeared over her soft cherry lips.

While shaking her head, and ignoring the flustered mess beside her, she landed in front of him, staring at the dead stray before curiously asking.

"Why did you stop my attack when you were going to kill it anyway?"

It really bugged her, like a constant poke of someone. She has been wondering as such, but no amount of thinking allowed her to reach a concrete conclusion. So she decided to ask the preparator instead.

"That…" Noah nodded his head, as if in fully understanding her question. "It was because…"

'Fuck… What should I say? I can't really say that it was because I didn't know if the mission would be considered complete if she killed it, and I didn't want to take any risks, so I had to stop her attack.'

It was his first mission, holding a huge increase in rewards. The system itself specified that such rewards shall not be announced again unless a special circumstance happens. He didn't know what that "special" circumstance was, but he didn't want to risk the current rewards over a stupid reason that someone else killed the stray instead.

It was 1000 SP for pepe sake! He could increase his mana pool by double the amount of what he had currently, how can he let such a mission fail?

"... I got this new sword from Kiba, I wanted to give it a try." Raising the sword in his hand, he said.

He was about to say something like "Because I didn't want to see you killing in front of me" but he almost vomited just by thinking of himself saying it, so he had to resort to something more… reasonable.

Her gaze landed on the sword, and remembering its effect, she nodded her head in understanding. If she received a new weapon, then she would also be eager to give it a try.

"Then what about that magic that erased my magic? I've never heard of it before." Her eyes bore into his very soul as she stared at him, her stance was clear, she wasn't moving until he explained it to her.

"Sorry, I can't tell you about that." Noah shook his head, staring into her violet ruby eyes. "Even if I love you, there are still some things I would like to keep secret between us. At least until I am ready to explain them."

"... You don't have to phrase it as such, idiot." She softly kicked his leg with a blush over her face. "Just say you don't want to tell me and I'll not ask again… idiot…"

She turned around, trying to hide the increasing smirk over her face and the blushing cheeks. "Tsubaki, let's go. Our work is done here."

"See you tomorrow at school."

Noah wryly smiled, seeing the embarrassed Sona vanishing into the teleportation circle.

The surroundings again turned into silence, the barrier around the place shattering with the departure of Sona and Tsubaki (She was supplying it with constant magic supply), leaving the black-haired all alone standing there.

He stared at the clear sky and the brightly shining moon before a smirk took over his lips. Hanging the sword over his shoulder, staring at the charred stray, he raised his hand.

<<Maximize Magic: Create Fire>>

Small sparks flew over the stray's body, coming together, bursting into a little flair before soon performing a chain reaction. A small blast and the whole body of the stray burst into flames as they actively, like a beast, ate away its body.

Minutes passed with Noah silently staring at the burning stray of which was nothing left but ashes in its shape. With a slight wave, the wind was produced which took the ashes with it.

"System, open Store." He was too excited to wait till he reached home to try it out, so he called the store there.

A holographic screen popped into existence in front of him. It was something he had recently found out, but apparently, the system interference had an installed AI which would change depending on the situation he was in.

For example, when he was readying himself to fight with the stray, instead of popping like a screen in front of him, text appeared directly into his mind.

He appreciated such a feature since he didn't have to look at the screen to operate it.

'Huh? Regen part didn't exist the last time, or it did? Just that it didn't appear in the front huh.' Noah internally thought. 'And it is half the price of MP. With the current SP on hand, I can raise my regent to staggering 21 MP per minute! But… What would happen if I increased it to that level? I mean, I don't even have that much MP, to begin with…'

He also didn't know how much MP he required to be able to use Tier 2 spells. Of course, regen was important, but having more offensive spells in his arsenal was more important. Since having a huge regen would be useless if all he could use was Tier 1 spells.

With such thinking, he brought 5 MP, using 500 SP.

Suddenly, he felt something injecting into his body, relaxing his body and muscles. He felt a near orgasmic feeling rushing his body, making him unconditionally release a slight moan.

"The fuck was that…" He couldn't help but utter with slightly red cheeks. He could not believe he did something so disgusting. "I'll have to make sure I never increase my MP in front of anyone else…"

<<Sense Enemy>>

… Nothing. He frowned, realizing his 15 MP was still not enough to raise his Tier. Since <<Sense Enemy>> was a Tier 2 spell, it should allow him to see if he can use Tier 2 spells or not, but it seems he can't. Not yet.

"Guess I'll dump all my points into MP then." With a shrug and slight sadness that he couldn't raise his regen, Noah dumped all remaining points in order to buy 5 more MP.

The same feeling of near orgasm came, but he was ready this time. He bit his lip to stop losing himself to the pleasant sensation that seemed to try eating his consciousness away. The pain rushed to counter pleasure, making him achieve balance.

"This…" His eyes widened as he felt something breaking, and no, it was not his heart. He looked behind, seeing some invisible chains attached to his body. 10 in total before one of them broke, making him realize something.

"This feels highly like some "chains of fate" from somewhere." But he didn't have time to think over it, as he felt something lifting away from his body, making him realize something.

<<Sense Enemy>>

In his mind, the world turned black and white—a gradient appearing over it before waves started to move on it, making Noah realize what it was.

"It worked…" He felt excitement boiling his blood once more. "I can finally use the 2nd Tier… after a whole motherfucking one and half decade… I can finally use 2nd Tier…"
