Chapter 57 Heading to the Battlefield

The emergency news instantly caught the attention of everyone in the room. Even Kara who was walking around stood up and her eyes were fixed on the TV screen.

"They have started attacking," young Barry Allen said with his mouth wide open.

"I guess it's because the military doesn't have any information about Kara or corresponding intelligence, so..." Barry Allen frowned; as far as he could remember, it was Superman who had taken the initiative to contact the military and had followed General Zod onto the ship with a reporter.

"No problem." Seeing such a serious Batman, the crowd hurriedly nodded in agreement.

Batman and Austin spent a night trying to incorporate the radioactive stones into the fear toxin. Currently, the only thing that could threaten the Kryptonians was kryptonite. So in order to make the fear toxin effective, kryptonite had to be added.

In the comics, many villains used this method to create a lot of trouble for Superman.

And the most well-known one was undoubtedly the Injustice League storyline. After the Joker kidnapped Superman's wife Lois Lane, he used similar kryptonite gas to make Superman hallucinate, causing him to mistake her for Doomsday and directly kill his wife Lois and their unborn child.

"Okay, got it." Young Barry Allen nodded firmly.

Due to the location of the Batplane, there were only three people on board - pilot Batman, Pietro, and Austin. As for Kara and the two Flash, one could fly and the other two were very fast runners, so they had no issues keeping up.

Seeing the six people gathered, young Barry Allen's originally nervous heart was soon occupied by excitement. He said somewhat eagerly, "We're kind of like the Justice League now, right?"

"No," Adult Barry Allen instinctively answered.

"We're not?"

Barry Allen was a little conflicted. "Barely, we're missing a 100% goddess, a simple-minded terminator, and a super mermaid."

"But your Justice League doesn't have allies from other universes," Pietro raised his eyebrows. He didn't feel like those guys Barry mentioned were stronger than him.

Perhaps because of Pietro's quips, the somewhat tense atmosphere due to the upcoming battle lightened up quite a bit among everyone.

Austin also smiled, then put on the bird mask.

"It's time to head out."
