Chapter 54 Kara's Mental Issue and the Multiverse Theory

Young Barry's somewhat pale explanation was clearly unable to convince Kara. As a diehard sister-con, Kara cherished her precious cousin deeply, and was even willing to sacrifice her own life to protect his safety.

"So what are you trying to say?" Kara frowned slightly.

"What I'm saying is, this theory is both right and wrong."

Austin paused briefly before expressing everything he was thinking.

"Has everyone thought about this - after a timeline splits and produces at least two futures, which world would the history-changing Barry Allen return to? Is that so-called 'modified' universe really overwritten?"

As he spoke, Austin looked towards Young Barry Allen.

"Let me ask you this - if Barry Allen hadn't accidentally arrived at this time point but directly traveled back to his original era, I ask you, growing up in an intact family environment from a young, what would have happened to you when you reached Barry's age?"
