Chapter 52 Test Successful

"Really?"

Kara was stunned for a moment, then immediately raised her hand to feel under her nose. Very quickly, Kara saw the blood staining her fingertips, but strangely, she had no sensation at all of her nosebleeding.

"I'm really alright, my body just isn't used to reverting to its previous state so suddenly." Kara waved her hand to indicate Austin could relax. "I understand my body very well. Although I don't know where you found this planet, I can tell you it really is very similar to Krypton."

"Really?" Austin's heart stirred.

"I guess so. But what I meant wasn't that this planet is very similar to Krypton, but rather the sunlight here. It's almost identical to Krypton's, though there are some differences still. That's why I want to stay a while longer to observe." Kara let go of Austin's hand and walked forward a few steps.

Seeing Kara's actions, Austin did not stop her either. Since she said so, he would let her continue testing. It seemed there were no accidents so far, though hidden dangers were uncertain.

Kara walked more than two meters ahead before returning. She clenched her fists tightly, then jumped in place, seemingly to test whether her flight could still support her floating up.

The result was a failure as expected. With her powers like Steel Body gone, her flight would naturally not remain either.

It seemed the result of this test really gave Kara hope for revenge. Nodding slightly, Austin shared her sentiment.

As the two were speaking, a sudden massive flash of light exploded outside the window. The brightness was like daylight, illuminating the somewhat dim Wayne Manor.

Then, a deafening thunderclap exploded!

Hearing this sound like the sky was collapsing, both Austin and Kara were startled.

The two immediately looked towards the Batcave. If their guess was right, Barry Allen's plan to regain the Speed Force had reached a critical moment.
