Chase has been through a lot and has had some rough times, he has had to learn a spectrum of coping mechanisms. One of those being escapism through culture such as anime, music, and video games. Chase often daydreams about having overpowered abilities or even some mediocre abilities to fulfill his actual goals in reality both large and small. Fate takes an unexpected turn when Chase gains the power to bring items and abilities from his beloved anime and video game worlds into reality. Now, he can turn dreams into reality, from owning a dream car to becoming a billionaire and even forging "deep" connections with his favorite celebrities. (Author's Note: First time writing, it gets better. Will have lemons and sexual content, will contain abuse and some dark topics in the beginning, and I haven't decided on Harem. Leaving the Box
The hospital room was filled with an air of curiosity and caution as Nezu, All Might, Eraser Head, and the students of Class 1-A gathered around Chase, Mercy, and Alma. The trio, wrapped in the enigmatic aura that seemed to defy description, exchanged glances, aware of the anticipation in the room.
All Might, the Symbol of Peace, couldn't help but voice what everyone was feeling, "Chase, what's with this aura surrounding you? And your eyes... they're glowing. Care to explain?"
Chase, wearing a calm expression, tilted his head slightly, "Aura? Glowing eyes? I have no idea what you're talking about, All Might."
The trio glanced at each other with feigned innocence, their eyes indeed pulsing with a subtle energy.
Nezu, ever perceptive, redirected the conversation. "Let's get to the point, shall we? I want to understand what happened during your battle with All For One and why you were surrounded by Alma's runes in a coma. Can you shed some light on that?"
Chase, Mercy, and Alma shared a thoughtful look, and Alma, wearing her signature yandere smile, began, "Well, it's quite simple, really. During the battle with All For One, we executed a combo attack. Chase rushed in for the attack, and both Mercy and I buffed him simultaneously."
Mercy continued, "I enhanced his strength and speed, making him a force to be reckoned with. Meanwhile, Alma used a 'power drain' rune on All For One."
Nezu raised an eyebrow, intrigued. "Power drain?"
Alma explained with a certain enthusiasm, "Yes, a vampiric rune. It absorbed All For One's power and, apparently, his quirks. Even now, we can feel remnants of his abilities within us."
Nezu, contemplative, pushed further, "And what about the runes during the coma?"
Chase took the lead, "Ah, those emergency runes. Alma placed them on us as a precaution. They played a crucial role in stabilizing us when our bodies couldn't handle the acquired power. We're fine now and, honestly, we'd like to be released."
Nezu, after a moment of consideration, excused himself from the room. The students exchanged glances, their minds buzzing with questions and curiosities. The trio waited patiently, aware that the fate of their immediate future hung in the balance.
Upon Nezu's return, he addressed the assembly, "While I share your concerns for their well-being, the trio has requested to be released, and considering their exceptional actions against All For One, I believe we should respect their wishes. They've earned our trust."
The news brought a mix of relief and approval from the gathered students and teachers. Chase, Mercy, and Alma were discharged the same day, the hospital staff acknowledging their role in saving the city from a catastrophic threat.
However, as they stepped outside the hospital, blissfully unaware, they were greeted not only by the setting sun but also by the glaring eyes of the media, hungry for the next sensational story. The trio, having unknowingly stepped into the eye of a storm, faced a barrage of questions and flashing cameras, marking the beginning of a new chapter in their extraordinary journey.
