Lai Jiayi bit her lips until it almost bleeded. 

'I won't bow down to this female devil's scheme!' she shouted in her heart.

Lai Jiayi bit her thumbnail as the student's gaze was on her, waiting for her response.

[Maybe mute the notification so your phone won't ring when called, quack?] Yaya suddenly suggested.

The way she talked made others feel that she's on the justice side.

"What? I'm silent because I don't think you're this...unreasonable. What will you do if that number isn't mine?" Lai Jiayi immediately refuted as she waited for Yaya to answer.

Xuan Lincheng was taken aback. 

'Even in this situation, she still can say she's innocent?' Xuan Lincheng gritted her teeth. 

'This phone number I got is really this girl's phone number! She would be doomed for sure!' Xuan Lincheng convinced herself. 

'But why...I have a bad feeling?' 

Xuan Lincheng bit her lower lips and spoke in a righteous tone as she crossed her arms in front of her chest, 

"If I'm mistaken, then I'll apologize, bow to you, and tell the others about my mistake. Deal?" 

Xuan Lincheng insisted on doing this until the very end. 

'I don't believe Lai Jiayi could escape from the plan I staged.' Xuan Lincheng smirked. 

'Lai Jiayi must have used all her starter points to raise 2% of her barometer somehow, right?' Xuan Lincheng shrugged casually. 

'She only got a lowly job. How can she accomplish a high-ranked mission? Thus, even her AI won't be able to help her, right? She's done for!' 

Upon thinking about this, Xuan Lincheng faintly smiled. 

'Goodbye, Lai Jiayi!' 

Lai Jiayi saw Xuan Lincheng's smirk, but the girl didn't show any emotion on her face. 

Lai Jiayi didn't speak and only talked to Yaya in her mind. 

[Can you? If you can, how many points do I need?] Her direct question made Yaya feel a chill down his spine. 

'I never know Lai Jiayi is this decisive and serious.' 

Thus, he hurriedly answered, knowing how dire the situation is, [Yes, I can quack! Fortunately, you only need to exchange 1000 points to change your phone number, quack.] 

[You still have 1070 points left, quack, so it's possible!] he added.

She then looked at Xuan Lincheng and spoke,  "Here is my phone. Just call that number now." 

Lai Jiayi shrugged her shoulder casually as if she didn't care whether Xuan Lincheng would call or not. 

The students were all flabbergasted with Lai Jiayi's suicidal move. 

'Lai Jiayi...took out her phone and accepted the challenge! She will let Xuan Lincheng call the number?' The girls gasped. 

'Insane! What is she thinking, shooting her own foot?? Stupid!' 

The students just didn't know that Lai Jiayi was about to turn the table around, bringing a bigger storm to the case.
