He's not my boyfriend

"Miss, do you want me to give this to your boyfriend?" the sales assistant asked.

"You can give it to him?" Phoenix asked in puzzlement. 'The store has delivery services?' Phoenix thought.

"Of course I can. I'll give it to him now. Which one do you want him to try first?" the sales assistant asked.

Phoenix blinked her eyes in confusion, "now? You send it to his office now?" Phoenix asked her own questions.

"What?" The sales assistant was as confused as Phoenix.

"What?" Phoenix blurted the same thing.

They both looked at each other with questions in mind. Both of them trying to understand what each other meant.

The sales assistant was the first to get her grip together. Well, she needed to be quick witted and professional with her work. Thus she asked, "Wasn't Mr Gu your boyfriend?" the salesgirl asked.

Phoenix's face crumpled, and she shook her head, "No. He's not," Phoenix straight up said.
