Run Or Hide?!

Zi Han, one of the Han's twins followed the back door of the mansion to catch up with Anna Shen. "Anna Shen... Miss Shen, wait up!" Zi Han panted heavily while Anna stood still after hearing the call of her name.

"You little brat, how can I help you?" Anna gazed at Zi Han with a terrifying look.

"Miss Shen, calm down." Zi Han smiled at Anna but Anna still remained serious. "We're good aren't we?" Zi Han grinned.

"No! What do you want? " She said yelling why folding her arms.

"I want you to have something. " Zi Han searched her inner pocket and brought out a credit card. "Here take... You can have it and settle up your bills."

"Where did you get it from?" Anna curiously raised her brow.

" That doesn't matter. All that matters is that I want to be on the same side with you. " Zi Han exhaled. Anna was just staring at her as if speaking to a weirdo.

Anna took the credit card from her and threw it on the ground that was covered with Axonopus Compressus. "Get lost! You brat! Mr. Shen is my father; my biological father and not yours." Anna retorted and left while Zi Han went to pick the credit card.

Zi Han grinned her teeth furiously. "I could have been your life saver now, Anna. " She said to herself and went back to the mansion.

Ping Ming heard her phone ringing from behind, where she kept it on the couch. She took the phone and answered the call since the number was unfamiliar.

"Hello! Ping Ming speaking." She used her right hand to hold her phone connecting it to her airpod and her left hand holding the vacuum cleaner.

"Miss Ping, how are you doing?" Hao Yi smirked while he was sounding with the lowest pitch of his voice.

Ping Ming recognized his voice. "Hao Yi!!" She stressed. "How did you get my new number?" She turned off the vacuum cleaner with anger in her eyes.

"Does that really matter?" He chuckled over the phone.

" I demand you hang up now or I'll do that myself." She let out a frown on hearing his voice.

"Oh no, you don't sweetheart! I just wanted to say I'm sorry." Hao Yi grinned devishly.

"I won't be a fool to accept your lame apology." Ping Ming cursed inwardly.

"Just hear me out!" He paused. "Ling Fei forced herself on me when you went on vacation. I never agreed to go nasty with her but she kept on pestering me and drugged me until you showed up." Hao Yi explained which didn't give a clear meaning to Ping Ming.

Ping Ming applauded him teasingly. "Bravo!! You just said the opposite of what Ling Fei said. Good job! You constructed a big lie." Ping continued frowning.

"Would you believe that slut? Com'on dear. I'm your man so you gotta believe me." Hao Yi decreased the volume of his voice almost in a whisper.

"I believed what I saw. So you need to hang up now, I'm busy." She hurriedly said.

Hao Yi paused, thinking of how to convince Ping Ming to believe him. "I'm so sorry. Like I said I was drugged by her."

"Like I also said I believed what I saw. You cheated on me with a slut, who was also my friend; on our matrimonial bed." Ping Ming let out a deep sigh, smiling mischievously.

"I really want you back in the house. I'm all alone. Your father won't be pleased if he finds out we've separated." He gave out a slight frown trying to convince her more over the phone.

Of course, her father won't be pleased. Hao Yi is a business tycoon and the CEO of the YI's Holdings, Ping Ming father won't be happy they've separated because it will affect his business as well.

"My father also won't be pleased if I told him that my fiance cheated on me." Ping Ming fired back. Her father will still let them go on with their wedding, cheating or no cheating.

The YI's Holdings are one of the prestigious company in the country. The AL Holdings was still always on the top and couldn't be surpassed by any other company.

"You're mine Ping, ever since I engaged you." Hao Yi said while she looked at the ring on her finger. "I'll make it up to you Ping." Hao Yi felt sorry.

This is unlike Hao Yi, what was he up to this time around. He hardly apologize for his mistakes. He caught her unawares by this type of act.

Ping Ming felt so emotional after hearing what he said. His voice alone could make her cry and truth be told, she really loved Hao Yi and that love instantly died when she caught him on the bed with Ling Fei.

"I'm far away from you now, Mister Hao Yi."

"I know where you are Ping. You can't run or hide away from me." Hao Yi laughed over the phone.

He must have told his men to go in search of her. Now she's doomed she can't go back to him. Maybe he must have changed but the past can't be changed.

She was going to go for an interview in the YI's Holdings, she can't hide from her fate. Poor Ping Ming!!

Now her only option was to run or hide away from his reach.

"Such a selfish bastard!" Ping Ming said to herself. She turned on the vacuum cleaner and continued with her task.

In order to forget about her conversation with Hao Yi, she turned on her speaker and listened to cool music played by her favorite artist; Justin Bieber.

She got distracted from the sound of her stomach, her stomach was grumbling. Ping Ming had to wait for Anna to return so she won't mess up the kitchen and make Anna mad. Anna was a great cook and that was one of the things Ping Ming loved about her.

Oh Anna, when will she be back from the Shen's mansion.
