Monarch of Darkness, Arsene

My end was not majestic, my beginning was not beautiful, but I will make damn sure that I rise once more. No more shall I bend a knee, no more shall I hide, no more shall I cower. No more shall the light guild my path, for only Darkness remains. *** Killed by the universe's greatest killer, Truck-Kun. My existence was twisted as I gazed up at King-Yama, staring down at me with revulsion, "You sick bastard, you ate people." He bellowed, glaring at me with disgust. Snorting, I gathered my courage raising my head high and proud, my voice carrying a hint of pride, "So what, have you ever tried it...Let me ask you, have you ever had sex." A bewildered expression hung on his rugged appearance as he absentmindedly nodded. A slight smirk crossed my face as I declared, "then have you ate ass," "WHAT!!!" He balled in panic, shivering like a guilty man on trial. "HAHA, you call me disgusting, but it appears you were sucking ass, now that is truly disgusting. I don't judge, but if you ask me, I will stick to cannibalism." "THAT NOT A FAIR COMPARISON, YOU LITTLE SHIT," *** I don't own the cover.

Lilith - Ranking Grounds

Following After Arkanos, I piggybacked on Sene. Resting my chin over his broad shoulders, I glanced at Ty, brooding by our side. I don't know how this came to be, but Arsene's ability to get lost passed on to his daughter.

Even with her godly power, the little lass was powerless before something as simple as directions.

Wiping my eyes, I smiled, enjoying Arsene's warmth. Snuggling over his shoulder, I glanced up at the iciness he now held. It was subtle, but he now reminded me of one of the kings of hell, with that soulful gaze. There was no warmth, only a deep bloodlust a stranger could interpret as amusement.

It was a little unnerving, but it faded before my gaze and those he cared for.

"Amelia," He suddenly called, startling me, "It was a success. The Seven Runes fused into my soul. I think I am going to call it the Devouring Dark Soul. It's quite fitting as my soul is now a pure black soul flame."

I lifted my lips and nodded. Using Soul Gaze, I saw an eerie misty darkness that shook my heart. Yet, as my gaze pierced through the veil of mist, my eyes began to grow cloudy. Knowing his dark soul was devouring my intent, I cut off my arte.

"Congrats. Your Divine Sense will be quite monstrous against your enemies. I just hope you don't think all it can do is devour. After all, you are using the Path of Abyssal Night as its mantra."

He chuckled, shooting me an arrogant smirk, "I know, but I am curious on all what I can do."

Grinning to myself, I hid my smile behind his shoulder when Arkanos's vibrant voice echoed, "There! Let's eat!" She shouted, pointing towards the canteen.

Taking in the heavenly scent, I could feel Arsene's soul through our tether, shimmer with a powerful greed at the divinity racing through the air from down below.

Arching my lips at his burning eyes locked on the Holy Swords canteen, my loins grew hot. There was just something enticing about that stare. Something that made me want him to fall deeper into his sin.

Descending from the skies, I refused to remove myself from his back. Hell was an experience I hid, and I hid it well enough that not even Sene could tell. Knowing he remembered, our time there simply made me want to eat him all up.

"Your acting like a koala." Said Arsene, but I could not hear any blame in his tone. Holding him tighter till he could feel my nipples growing hard, his skin grew a bit hot.

"Want me to get down?" I casually muttered, breathing laboriously over his neck.

Sene shook his head, "How could I deny my wife, in her time of turmoil." he shamelessly spouted.

"Papa! can Arkanos have anything she wants?" The silver-headed loli asked, flashing her devious smile she thought no one knew about.

So many were fooled by Arkanos, possibly even Sene, but that little dragon was a trickster through and through, unlike her big sis, who was clueless.

"No fair! Ty wants everything too!"

"Our sugar mama here is going to take care of it." Sene shamelessly claimed, smiling from ear to ear.

"You know they don't use the Currency of Alos, right? I am broke," I whispered, knowing it was a lie. Like most major planets, you simply needed to ask to convert your currency, and as long it was a major type of currency, it would be no problem.

Alos was the home of the Celestial King, and his kingdom, which stretched over billions of galaxies. Celeste was a major currency within the Bed of Chaos and Elysium.

"Get whatever you want, kids!" Sene coldly said, shooting me a mocking stare that read, I know everything.

Clitting my tongue, Arkanos and Ty rushed towards the canteen as we followed behind. Watching how innocent they were, I could not help but chuckle, "We are going to have one, you know."

"You mean one that isn't a dragon." He bitterly said.

"What, you don't want another dragon? They are so cute, though."

"Dragons are territorial, are they not? Ty and Arkanos seemed to have this rivalry going on."

Nodding in response, I spoke, "You should see how Ty treats Yu--"

"Amelia!!!! No! Bastard! Release her!!!' A sudden roar thundered, shaking the ground and gathering the attention of everyone.

Blinking in confusion, Arsene and I turned to the somewhat dull-looking man brimming with rage. Trembling as he gazed at me, he pointed, "Fiend! let go of my future wife!"

"Welcome to a Sect," I muttered, watching the confusion on Arsene's face rise. "You are about to face a few hundred men and women wishing to defend my innocence."

"Innocence? I fucked that out of you already." He crudely remarked, causing my cheeks to grow hot. Hiding behind his shoulders, from the stares, I could feel him smirk.

Bastard!

"You-You-You!" The dull man, who I could not even recall, shrieked, pulling out a half a meter long knife from his spiral ring. "I, Xi Shen, challenge you!"

"Pass," said Sene sharply, "I am entertaining my lovely wife and our children.

"You can't." I hastily murmured, "if he is not a chosen, and you dismiss his challenge, then you relinquish your home in the Sparrows Edge."

"Huh! What kind of stupid rule is that? I could be fighting for years by that logic. Please tell me you're screwing with me." He remarked in disbelief.

"She is not," A random onlooker holding a bowl of soup that smelt a bit fishy chimed in. Staring at me for a while, he turned to Arsene. "However, the challenger must put up the cost of a hundred God Tear to challenge someone, and if they lose, they will lose their God Tears and be forced to comply with one of your demands. The price rises the higher rank you are."

"Any demand?" Arsene curiously inquired.

"If it is reasonable, then yes. If Xi Shen wins, he keeps his God Tears, and you lose your spot if it's higher than his." The stranger indifferently answered as I peered down at the soup in his hands.

"What is that?" I asked, pointing towards his soup that caught my eyes.

"Black Tortoise Apple Soup." He answers with a delectable smile over his chubby cheeks.

Getting a whiff of what layed within his bowl, my stomach stirred as I lept down from Sene's back. However, just as I did, his palm came crashing down on my shoulder, "You're not going anywhere! you got me into this shit!"

"Wait, no, I didn't! I was just..."

"You're too attractive! This is what happens. If I can't eat, you can't eat!"

Widening my eyes at Sene's grim expression, I snorted, turning to Xi Shen, "Kick this bullies ass!" I shouted, watching the burning jealously in Sene's eyes. "I will be cheering for you!"

Smirking at the angry demon, glaring with fumes pouring from his brow, I took a step back and snickered.

This would teach Sene a lesson. Hmm, I can't wait for our wedding night. All that rage will consume me whole.
