What the..?

After a minute of staring at each other, the Asian guy started laughing and kept talking in his language that grace didn't know. In actuality, there were a lot of things grace didn't know, including where she was.

When the Asian guy didn't get the response, he was expecting, and he felt confused. He thought this hyung of his was joking for a minute, but now the seriousness of the situation was sinking in. He didn't know how to react, should he run to the doctors, his Hyung, or their manager. From the depths of his heart he wished that this hyung was pranking him real good.

He started begging inside his head while trying to come up with an English word to say. First of all was he okay? How was he feeling? He struggled for a while before finally opening his mouth to speak.

Grace was waiting for this and looked at the Asian guy with curious eyes.

"Y-you..okay?"

That's all? It bewildered grace. Is that all you will say? No explanation? No easing? She was getting annoyed; she was anxious and stressed and everything felt different...

"Yes, I'm okay. Thank you for asking but can you tell me Where I am? Where is my mother? Who are you?"

She spoke so fast the guy didn't understand one word of it. He just stuttered an answer.

"I-i-i don't..understand"

Grace was about to explode when the door opened again and the other Asian guy came inside with two doctors. None of them were her doctor, Mr.Rivera.

The Asian guy that was talking to grace just a second ago went to their side right away and said something in his language.

All of them stared at grace like a deer staring at a headlight. She finally had enough and snapped.

"What!? Why are you looking at me like that? Who are you? Where am I? Where is my doctor?"

A strange silence filled the luxurious room until one doctor started explaining.

"Don't worry, this is normal for someone with your case. Amnesia is predictable. Do you know where you are right now?"

Grace was stuck on the word amnesia. She didn't have amnesia; she remembered everything moreover she had a really good memory.

"What amnesia? I am in a hospital I Can see that what I asked was why am I in this hospital? Where is my doctor? Nicholas Rivera, a cardiology doctor."

Three people that didn't understand English just stood to the side and tried to make sense of the words spoken.

"You were in a car accident and hit your head severely, had internal bleeding and broken bones throughout your body. You were in a coma and just woke up. That is why you are in this hospital and I Am your doctor. Jing Myung Soo, nice to meet you. As for Nicolas Rivera, we don't have a doctor with that name. Do you remember anything? Your name, your family, your job?"

The doctor asked with a clipboard in his hands and an emphatic, understanding smile on his face.

Grace opened her mouth to speak but before she could, words stuck to her throat, and a coughing fit took her by a storm. She remembered the bottle of water next to her and reached for it. The Asian guy who looked one or two years older than the other one took the water and opened the cap in the blink of an eye and helped grace to drink a little. After she felt a little better doctor spoke again.

"I think this much is enough for you for now. You shouldn't let yourself get stressed. You need to rest. I will come again in the evening to look." and said what she believed was the same words to the others in that language and they all left saying nothing or waiting for her reply.

She put her head back on the soft pillow. And tried to relax. Accident? What accident? She had never left the hospital after age five. How can she get into a car accident? Was she really dreaming of all of her sickness and her death and her mother? No, how could that be?

Grace tried to clear her head from the questions and sleep, but she had an urge to go to the bathroom. It felt strange to feel the strength in her legs.

She was bedridden before, how could she get better in a few days? She tried to get into a sitting position and it surprised her because it was so easy.

She lifted the covers up and dangled her legs from the edge of the bed. She took a deep breath. If she could this would be her first time standing up for years.

She put strength into her hands on the bed tried to get up. Feeling the icy surface under her feet she successfully stood up even though a little wobbly she still did it.

This made her happy beyond anything. Standing up was an amazing feeling she thought and wanted to take a step but froze on the spot. Suddenly she felt something between her legs and didn't know what it was. It felt strange, so she lifted her hospital gown a bit and looked at it.

Was this possible? Her mind went blank. The thing that greeted her made her shocked beyond compare. Her chin literally dropped to the ground, and she wanted to scream, but no sound came out. It was a thing that men had. That thing. The 'thing'.

"What the...?"
