''Nee nee, mom, what is the function of a Quirk Doctor? We can just analyze the Quirks by ourselves, right?'' Fuyuto asked curiously, he never understood a Doctor is even needed to analyze Quirks.

Rei heard his question and smiled slightly before she said: ''It's very simple, dear. In this world, there are an enormous amounts of different quirks, one of them is eye-type quirks. It's basically an essential Quirk to a Quirk Doctor as he/she can analyze in more detail compared to others.''

'A Quirk that allows you to see others quirks in more detail? That's so cool!' Shoto thought to himself. Enji, who was driving the car, smiled slightly after seeing the shining eyes of the twins.

''We're already here. After this, I'll leave the three of you at home and go to do my Hero activities, the usual of catching villains and beating the bad guys.'' Enji said while wanting to see any special reaction of the twins.

''Woooah! Dad, you're a Hero too, right? I heard that you're a really strong one, when I grow up, I want to be a Hero just like you and All Might!'' Shoto said with a wide smile. At his side, Fuyuto also nodded slightly before saying: ''I also want to be a Hero just like you when I grow up, dad.''

'Uuuuum! My sons want to be just like me, I'm so proud!' Enji thought as an imaginary version of himself appeared by the side with a proud smile, however, his face was stoic.

Despite his indifferent expression, Rei knew him the best as she thought with a small smile: 'What a tsundere... You'll need more than that if you want our children to admire you.'

''I'll be waiting for the three of you here, even though I want to go there, I have to stay and see if no villain pass by. I can't let my guard down, even here.'' Enji said as Shoto pouted in indignation while Fuyuto nodded. The white-haired boy knew that his father wasn't just a Hero for the fame, he really lived up to his title as the Top 2 Hero.

A few minutes later, at the Doctor's room.

''Oh, isn't that Ms. Todoroki? I heard that you retired from your job as a Hero, no wonder... It was to take care of these two, I bet that your sons will be handsome when they grow up!'' The Doctor said in an amicable manner, Fuyuto was surprised and so was Shoto.

None of the two knew their mother was a Hero, however, they decided to ask later.

''Yes. This time, I came with them because Shoto-chan and Fuyuto-chan just awakened their quirks so I came here, we already know about Shoto-chan's quirk, we even named it as 'Half-Hot Half-Cold' because it's the mix of my quirk and my husband's quirk.'' Rei said with a small smile, the proudness and happiness she was feeling because of her children wasn't small like her smile.

The Doctor's eyes seemed to shine slightly as he said: ''Hm... I see. Can you two show me your quirk? First you, Shoto, right? So, Shoto-san, try using just a single part of your quirk and I'll give you candy, how?''

'CANDY!' Shoto thought while feeling triggered, their parents rarely gave them candies!

Shortly after showing his Quirk, the Doctor asked a few questions.

After he did as the Doctor said, Shoto received a lollipop. Smiling kindly, the Doctor said: ''I already understood how it works. In simple terms, if he uses only a part of the quirk, his temperature will either rise or fall depending on the side. However, when he uses both at the same time, it works in perfect synergy, maintaining his temperature normally.''

'This is amazing! Doesn't that mean he has neither weakness from my or from Enji's side? It's basically the perfect quirk, powerful and versatile depending on the owner of it!' Rei thought, she was truly amazed by Shoto's quirk. Despite her previous guess, it was now confirmed.

The Doctor then said before turning towards Fuyuto: ''I've already registered it in the 'Quirk Register' as 'Half-Cold Half-Hot'. Now, now, boy, can you do the same as your twin and show me your Quirk?''

Fuyuto nodded slightly before raising his hands as a pale silver-colored Flame appeared above his hands. Seeing the Flame, the Doctor's eyes widened slightly before he said: ''I've never seen a Quirk like that! How interesting, from what I can see, it's a flame so cold that it burns or an Ice that takes the form of a Flame, an Ice so cold it burns!''

The Doctor started murmuring to himself continuously before asking: ''Do you feel a bit different when using the Quirk? From what your mother said, you fainted after overusing it, right?''

''Hn. I feel that if I increase the size, I'll faint but the flame of the current size, I can use it while just feeling a bit tired.'' Fuyuto said with a strange glint on his icy-blue eyes.

'Oh... What a smart boy, he already thought about how to use his Quirk while not overtiring himself? To think he did that even though he just awakened his quirk!' The Doctor thought, he knew that strange glint over Fuyuto's eyes.

With a small smile, the Doctor said: ''It's very impressive. Your Quirk, I've seen Mr. Todoroki and Mrs. Todoroki's quirk once and from what I can see, it's like they fused in a Flame so cold that it burns or an Ice that takes up the form of a Flame. It also has a perfect synergy, maintaining your temperature normal...''

''I have thought of a name, let's see if you like it... What do you think about the Quirk name being Frozen Flames? Since it's either a Flame so cold that it burns or an Ice so cold that it takes the form of Flames, that name fits up perfectly!'' The Doctor finished with a satisfied smile, it seems that analyzing Quirks was his passion.

Hearing that, Fuyuto retracted his Quirk before saying with a small smile: ''Frozen Flames? I like it!''
