Incarnation of the All-Seeing Eye:

- In Ken's meeting with the All-Seeing Eye during his reincarnation process, he was gifted this title because of the funny coincidence that he was an Ophthalmologist while the one orienting him is an eye. This amused the eye, thus, it gave him a gift wherein he would get 10% (Accidentally) of the eye's prowess.

Genius Ophthalmologist:

- In his past life, Ken was a doctor who specialized in treating disorders and diseases of the eye. Due to his particular interest in eyes, ranging from humans to animals, Ken became the best doctor in this field. Moreover, he has published many groundbreaking studies and discoveries about the eyes before dying. Also, because of Ken's eye obsession, he began to show interest even in fictional depictions of vision-based superpowers or abilities.

Peak-level Visual Abilities:

- Due to his Quirk, Ken naturally has peak or even higher eyesight range, eye coordination, eye control and focus, visual tracking, visual perception, and visualization or visual processing. All about the EYE!

Proficient-level Engineer:

- Because of his mother's background in support gear engineering, Ken was also able to learn about engineering to a proficient level. Though he's not as good as his sister's genius level, he can at least build simple to mid-level contraptions.

Proficient-level Tailor/Apparel Designer:

- Because of his father's background in tailoring and designing superhero suits or costumes, Ken was able to learn about designing apparel to a proficient level. His range of abilities allows him to design clothes from basic apparel to standard-level superhero suits.

- Since the brain is the one that processes and instructs what and how the eyes see, Ken's brain evolved in order to properly help his Quirk have the skills it is able to do. The parts which evolved greatly are mainly the Occipital Lobes, Cerebral Cortex, and Brainstem.

- After his plan of wanting to become a hero when inspired by All Might, Ken decided that he had to have a charming smile. Since he already had charming looks, he thought it would be a waste to not have a perfect smile.
