Chapter 4 - Abilities

"Somewhere that will give you a disadvantage will be fine! After all we'd like to see the full capabilities of your quirk after all!" Nezu said as he patted Kaito's head as Kaito spoke

".. it doesn't matter where we go.. there's always water somewhere.. maybe it in the air.. in the plants.. or deep underground.. there's no place on earth that doesn't have any water.." Kaito said as Nezu smiled

"So you are able to source water from any location? That is quite interesting, could you please show us?"

Kaito nodded as he extended his hand and made a circle motion as he grabbed the moist air a water suddenly appeared around his fingers as he turned it into claws, Kaito breathed out slowly, letting out a cold breathas the water around his fingers froze turning into ice claws, He then let out his warm breath as the claws melted and became a small ball in his hand as it started boiling

"Incredible! Being able to use the water in the moist atmosphere to create water as well as having the power to freeze it then heat it up to boiling temperatures" Nezu said as he clapped his paws as Kaito threw the ball towards the pool, the teachers stared in shock as Nezu had a smirk on his face.

After a bit of talking Kaito was now in UA gym clothes as he waited in Ground Beta as he stood infront of Cementoss while Nezu and the other teachers watched it the security room as Nezu spoke

"You may... Begin!"

Kaito made a bow out of water and an arrow out of ice and shot the arrow at him but Cementoss got on one knee and used his quirk to make the cement into a wall to block the attack

Kaito expected this as he turned the arrow into water then spread it, making smaller versions as it spreads around the wall as Cementoss looked up and jumped back to dodge.

Cementoss looked at the area where he was standing at and saw a small glacier appeared once he dodged 'So he's able to manipulate his attacks without needing to touch them.. this might be tougher than I thought' Cementoss jumped back more as he touched the ground again but when he attacked he didn't hit anything, He didn't have sight of Kaito anymore, He looked around, trying to search for him as he hears his voice behind him as he tried to turn around and

"..you should keep your eyes on your target.." Kaito was behind him as he slashed his back with his daggers made of water multiple times as Cementoss dropped onto the floor.

"That's enough, Kaito is the winner" Nezu said as the other teachers stared in shock as they just saw a student defeat a pro hero easily within a minute since the fight started.

".. sorry Cementoss-san.. I'll fix you up.." Kaito said as he sat Cementoss up as he took the water from the daggers turned it into a ball, Cementoss and the teacher's were confused as Kaito wrapped his hand around in water as he placed his hand on Cementoss' back, as the water glowed a silvery-blue color as Cementoss felt the pain on his back slowly dissapear as he looked at Kaito.

".. please.. don't move.. I have to concentrate on healing you.." Kaito said as the teachers were shocked to hear that Kaito could also heal people with water

"Kaito-kun, could you please explain how you can heal people?" Nezu asked as Kaito nodded as he finished healing Cementoss, they stood up and started walking back as Kaito spoke

"..water is the essence of life.. all life has water in them.. in the trees.. in the animals.. in people.. by using water as a catalyst.. I can move and excellerate the natural healing process of the body as well as slow down and relieve the pain, effectively healing you as well as help sicknesses by removing the bad liquids inside people.."

Nezu nodded as he said "Please come to the security room, I think everyone here has come to the obvious desicion"

After a bit Kaito and Cementoss walked in as Cementoss went to the other teachers as they nodded and looked at Nezu

"Kaito, We'd like to welcome you to UA High as a Student but we would like to hear more about your abilities if possible" Nezu said as Kaito nodded as he started listing down his abilities

"..aside from healing and being able to source water from anywhere.. I can purify any substance from any type of toxins turning it drinkable as long as it has water in it.. I can use water as an extension of my body.. kind of like whips and extra hands for offense or cover my body in water then turned it to ice for defense.. I can also use the water inside others and control them.. kind of like a puppet.. allowing me to enforce my will onto their body.. they can break free if their will is strong enough but I've never faced anyone who's broken free before.. I have also been making water weapons.. I can wield daggers spears and bows.. I'm trying to learn more evasive moves.. so I've been trying to teach myself how to submerge myself into water and travel from puddle to puddle.. and how to move like a flow of water.. graceful and elegant.. but it's been difficult.."

Kaito said as he looked at the teachers who stared in shock as Nezu's grin grew wider as he made a grabbing motion at Kaito, Kaito picked him up and placed him on his shoulder

"Let's go and show you around Kaito-kun! I'll show you around personally! And don't worry about the entrance exam, I'll deal with it myself!" Nezu said as he patted Kaito's head as the teachers looked at Nezu and thought 'Is he actually playing favorites right now?!'

Kaito was walking around school with Nezu on his shoulder as Kaito and Nezu made small talk as they see All Might walking towards them.

"Nezu? I didn't think I'd see you here and who is this?" All Might said as he looked at Kaito, Kaito lightly bowed as Nezu smiled

"Hello All Might, This is Kaito Izumi, the boy we evaluated earlier when you didn't arrive, Kaito-kun, I suppose you already know who All Might is but why he is here is a nother reason, You see in order to see motivate our future students I have invited All Might here to be a teacher at UA!" Nezu smiled as All Might nodded.

"Yes, I might be the number 1 hero but I would still love to help shape our future students into proper hero's" All Might said as Kaito nodded

".. I'll be in your care then.." Kaito said as All Might stared in confusion as He looked at Nezu as he smiled

"Kaito-kun has an interesting quirk and has high quirk mastery and combat prowess, You would know that if you came, Where were you actually that you were unable to come?" Nezu asked as All Might laugh nervously

"You see I was out doing some hero work! That's right, Work!" All Might laughed as Kaito mumbled something

".. he's lying.." Nezu and All Might heard this as they looked at him, Kaito looked at Nezu then at All Might "..when people lie they start sweating.. and the water inside their bodies start becoming irregular unlike when their calm.. they also start producing more saliva than normally when they lie.."

Nezu and Kaito look at All Might as he smiled as Nezu spoke "Well whatever the reason maybe I hope it doesn't affect you teaching future students like Kaito-kun also, Kaito-kun will start as a student, He doesn't need to take the Entrance Exam, He already passed a practice test against Cementoss, He'll take the written portion tomorrow"

Nezu said as He and Kaito left as All Might looked at Kaito's back as he thought 'Young Midoriya.. it looks like your path to becoming the number 1 hero.. has it's first obstacle..'
