Stepping into his apartment Kenji stopped in the doorway and let out a long tired sighed, "Home at last." 

"Well I'm glad you feel at ease, now move," Toga shoved past Kenji and made a B-Line for the shower, "Don't worry I won't use up all the hot water." 

Kenji's eyes shot open with alertness as his shadow leapt up from the ground and wrapped around Toga before lifting her up into the air, "Yeah, I don't think so." 

Struggling against Kenji's shadow Toga sent him a piercing glare, "Don't look at me like that. You take forever in the shower and I'm the one who has to pay the water bill." 

"Oh do I have to start paying you now?" Toga snapped back with hidden amusement in her eyes. 

"Please I know you don't have any money," Kenji replied with an exaggerated eye roll. 

A teasing smile spread across Toga's face, "Who said I had to pay you back with money?" 

For a moment Kenji's brain short circuited as he tried to come up with a fitting response to defuse the Toga's flirting when he paused, 'You know what, she wants to play ball. Let's play.'
