25 The Tech Tournament ( End ) 

A month passes by, and in a week, the ' Tech Tournament ' results would be announced, which was a major event for many. According to general information, a total of nice and a half million people have registered for the tech tournament, 5 million to 1 million would get a tech tournament merch of their choice, and it wasn't much. One million to 100 thousand would get 50 dollar cash prize and a merch of their choice as well, 100 thousand to thousand would get 250 dollar cash prize, thousand to five hundred would get 500 dollar cash prize, five hundred to 150 would get a thousand five hundred dollar cash prize, 150 to 50 would get ten thousand dollar ash prize and a trip to I-Island for two days, top 50 would get a trip to I-Island, and many more but depends on the place they have secured, the top 3 however would have their ' Projects ' either funded or developed in co-operation with I-Island scientists.

Oki wanted to be one of the top 3 and, if possible, get admitted to the ' I-island academy '. However, Oki may be short in age, but he has a friend and a master who is currently the symbol of peace, and all Oki wanted was to build fame as to how great he is in the tech department so that he won't be questioned when an advanced suit is made.

" Hyah!... hyahhh!" / *ZING-ZING*

' Form 3 is indeed something else, and it does say if one master this, they would be near-invincible.'

Oki started to practice the Jedi Light Saber Forms, as Oki started using a padawan lightsaber so that it could be friendly and doesn't hurt him if he ever makes some stupid mistake as the lightsaber doesn't have any weight except for the hilt, and it feels different to Oki, as swinging a dangerous weightless blade anytime could cut him in half if makes a stupid mistake.

Oki practices the forms of the first 5 Jedi lightsaber styles every day, and the one he wants to excel in is at 2nd and 3rd form. Though the next would form 4 as the form that relies on speed and gymnastics, which he is good at, it wasn't easy to master. The next would be the successive forms. However, Oki couldn't use force, and he substituted it with his ' Instinct ' and ' Precision ' though it doesn't work the same way as when used with the force, it does partially gets the work done. This also made Oki's mastery over the forms a little too challenging, as he deduced that the so-called ' Force ' guides the padawans in training as well.

' I need to master 3rd form as soon as possible ' Oki had started to collect the information, and he understood that he was in the canon timeline, as the heir to Yaoyorozu family Momo Yaoyorozu was 11 years just like him and not only this he also got to know of Shoto Todoroki's age from All Might though his answer was,

' Oh! YOUNG OKI, you seem to be PREPARING for your future rivals, HMM... If I have to guess Endevaour's son should be around your age, well don't worry, you will BE THE NEXT NO.1 HERO AFTER ME HAHAHA'

Oki couldn't understand one thing. ' Why? Why does All Might have to speak so loud!? '

Though those aside, Oki was anxious for the results as if he was in the top-50 he would be contacted today or that is what All Might said, and he wants to be in Top-3 so that he can Kamui away from the future problems by just saying ' I am a genius!'.

The day passes by, and evening arrives. The relationship between him and Melo was good for three days, and it got sour out of nowhere as Melo started to avoid him even more.

"OKI!!!" Yui, though, looked like a fragile grandma. She was someone you never want to be near when she is excited.

Oki ' I wonder did All Might develop the shouting habit from her? '

" What is grandma!?" Oki replied with a flat tone.

" Wow, look at the guy who is supposed to give us a party being all gloomy."

" What do you mea- Wait! DID I GET A CALL!!!"

"Yes! You indeed, and guess what !"

" You know could you skip those guess things."

" Well, MY YOUNG, OKI GOT THE FIRST PLACE !!!"

Oki was flabbergasted as he did expect to place in the top-3 if not at top-50, but top-1 was something he never eyed upon, and him reaching it was something he was happy about, and tears started to round up, and Oki had happy tears. As someone who accomplished nothing in his previous life, accomplishing top-1 out of nine and a half million participants was something he could be proud of. Even though he got the knowledge from the system, he doesn't mind it as it is his power.

That night the whole Orphanage was happy for Oki, no matter the jealous kids or the kids who hate him. Oki was told to pack his stuff for three days as there would be a stage announcement, and it would be live telecasted.

Two days pass by, and a bus and few people who seemed to be Oki bodyguards come by and pick up Oki from the Orphanage, and Oki thought this was something excessive. Oki had a personal attendant who would be near Oki till the event completed. The journey on the bus last for half a day, and next, the travel was through the air, Oki boarded a flight, and after a 4-hour flight, the flight landed in the United Kingdom, where the live concert was scheduled for in two days.

Oki, who was then led to the hotel, which was already booked for him.

On the way, Oki sees two more people, and he notices that they have just 2-3 bodyguards while he has freaking 17, and the numbers raised. This made Oki if he was a criminal.

Soon his destination came, the hotel was something luxurious which Oki has never felt in his previous life, and his first expression was ' Is this necessary?'.

Looking at the golden cutlery and eating costly grade food was a new experience for him, but it didn't satisfy him. Soon night had fallen, and in the middle of the night, a tailor took Oki's measurements. The rest of the two days, he passed his time in his room, which he didn't like in the least.

The two days pass by, and Oki was given a beautiful blue tailored suit for the live stream, but his screen time was only 5 minutes, which disappointed him, but throwing a tantrum would only do so good to him Oki moved on from the disappointment.

After the whole live stream that sounded epic was not in the slightest, everything seemed rushed. The names of the top-100 were announced, and their prizes were distributed to them. Oki, who earned 1st place, earned himself a free ticket to visit I-island. His project, which was classified as a secret, was announced that it would be developed and funded by the I-island greatest minds and the I-island sponsors, and along with that, five hundred thousand USD was also given to him.

After all the events finished, Oki was sitting in front of David Sheild, who seemed to be observing Oki, but in truth, he was surprised by Oki's project.

"Is everything all right, Mr Shield?"

Oki took the first lead in the talk as the quiet mood for more than 15 minutes was something he didn't like.

" Tell me, Oki, di-did you theorise this? " David took out few papers which were Oki's theories that were attached to the blueprint.

Which Oki gave the nod as an answer.

David Shield, who got his answer, seemed to be excited.

" You see, Mr-"

" You can call me Oki."

" O-ok Oki, you see, the project of yours could revolutionise this century, but the setback is that it is costly and needs to be maintained ."

Which Oki gives the nod.

" You see, Oki, how about joining I-Island Academy."

" I-I-"

" Take your time, but all I can give you is two days at best, and sorry if I seem like I am rushing things, you see the I-island academy is out of seats and if I have to join you in, you would be joining late in comparison to the ones who have already joined, so you will be lagging behind... and you seem to know All Might as he praised you a lot. "

David remembered his small talk with All Might where he couldn't speak back.

' David, I did tell you about a kid, right? It is the kid who won first place, and he is someone who could leap bigger heights. Take care of him! And hope you and Melissa are doing good, need to go! BYE!!!"

" Well... he did train me in a way."

Remembers All Might saying ' YOUNG OKI !!!'

Oki- " Well, not train me but test me would be the correct way."

David Sheild didn't know what to say. After the talk with the infamous David Shield, Oki sat with David Sheild and 19 other item developers for over 4 hours, and all they did was talk about Oki's theories and his project budget.

Soon everything was done, and Oki was free as he was back at the Orphanage after 4 days, and he has to pack his stuff as he is leaving to I-island as he accepted the offer from David Sheild. Though Oki accepted, he still felt a little heavy as he didn't want to leave the place he in for nearly six years.
